Salvation Army Family Store

I love this store… clean, organized, good/reasonable prices & great selection… my favorite thrift shop in the Bangor area! :)

I shop here every Saturday for my day out. Thank you for keeping your prices down where poor people and seniors can afford to go to.

Picked up some small toys for our Grandchildren when they visit, the cashier women were so very nice and helpful they even started to pack our shopping bags when we brought them from the car! Smiles were abound and the store is clean and well organized for a thrift store!

Always amazing deals on all kinds of good things from clothing to a VHS or DVD player. So many books and movies of all sorts to choose from. The clothing is decent and at a good price. This is truly a store with prices that are reasonable to actually help people.

Love it whenever I'm in bangor, please support them, I've been to some of there places they really do feed the hungry and help the less fortunate, don't mind the billionaire ceo's,,, the people who do the football work have a compassion for people, ever been homeless in the winter, lose a job and a place to live, maybe a flood or fire. Maybe an addition, (no judgment) salvation army's been helping people sincerely forever so if you don't find anything you like, drop a $buck or two anyway, you will be helping someone locally, trust me, it helps especially now in winter. When all the once a year do gooders already gave for the Hollidays, Don't hate they gave and someone eat that day, but they're still hungry (a dare) drop in drop a buck or two and leave, I will bet, you'll feel really good. and someone will feel good after they have a hot meal, pass it on

The best prices of all the thrift shops in the Bangor area. Excellent furniture prices. Priced to move. Cheaper than garage sales. They have cleaned the place up and keep it much more organized. I believe they deal with a lot of donations, dock and warehouse always packed. New stuff every day.

I come here every chance I get, even if its just to look around. I love the deals and reasonable prices

Awesome thrift store. Better prices than Goodwill. Clothing is arranged by gender and color, but not by size. I wish they would arrange by size, but they usually have a good selection of merchandise.

They always have a good stock of donated items, I find something to bring home every time I stop in

Always a great place to find things...either just cheaper used things or just unique finds ...I check thift shops out regularly and also donate items so they can continue helping others in the community.

I love stopping here when I am in Bangor occasionally. Never know what they might have.

The store is well organized and has very reasonable prices. Better than goodwill, I always come here first.
