Harbor Freight Tools

This has become one of my favorite HF locations. The store is clean and very well stocked. The employees are helpful and courteous. I have only came away without one of my items when a knife I was shopping for went viral on social media last Christmas and they sold out at every location. The Icon tool line is of the same quality of some of the best traditional big name tools for a lower cost.

Friendly, helpful staff. Lots of items at good prices. My go to place for decent tools.

Great customer service from Zach. Got a general toolbox from this store and Zach helped me from beginning to end. This toolbox weights about 300-400 pounds. Zach went above and beyond, helped me load to the car, this didn’t fit without having to take the casters off the toolbox, Zach went inside and got some tools to take the casters off. Shows how he truly care for his customers. Will definitely comeback, great experience. Thank you.

I never NEED anything from this store, but I’m glad I can buy cheap single-use items that may or may not serve a real purpose… correctly or incorrectly. Sho even knows? If we all had real money we’d go to a mechanic or hire professionals.

Harbor Freight is the place to go for your tools and other needs

Harbor is a big company, but it felt like I was a small store- in a good way. The staff was friendly, helpful and attentive. No pushy sales, and they helped with discounts. Overall a good experience.

I explained to them that I just started a roadside and towing company and that I needed a good jack for by business.

There were a few floor service jacks on sale but the two gentlemen explained the key differences between the two best choices and made it easy me to make my choice.

I need a few other things for my company so I will definitely be back. I live in DC but I will make the 1 hour drive for the kind of experience I had this morning.

Luckily I really don't need a lot of tools but if I did, this would be my go too store. It's almost like being a kid in a candy store when I go here. If I need a tool of some kind in the future this is my first choice of stores. I have bought a battery charger and a battery tester and I'm very satisfied with the products from this store. I highly recommend this store. Update: I have now bought a couple more items to include a battery powered drill to replace one that's over 20 years old. The quality of the Bauer drill that I bought is very good. It came with a good charge so that I could use it immediately. I'm very pleased with my purchase.

This was my first time at Harbor Freight. I was like a kid in a toy store. The prices are great! Will be coming again.

I love this place because you can get mostly everything the other two big chains carry for the fraction of the cost. Michael, the general manager is awesome, great personality, polite, funny and very helpful. He's one of the best managers I've ever interacted with. I had a return w/o the receipt and I told him i just wanted store credit, but I also wanted to purchase something else and I asked where a certain item could be found and he pointed me in the right direction. I brought it up and the packaging was damaged I asked if he had another one and he said he could discount it. He gave me a great price. I will definitely be back to shop there.

Good products and great value

If they don't have it, you don't want it. Every tool you need to complete pretty much every home project and garage project you have on your to do list.

They have plenty of tools at affordable price

Mike and Joanne are very helpful. The staff is efficient and courteous. I drove more than 50 miles for an item in their inventory and was happy that Mike put it on hold for me and the team helped me Load it into my vehicle. Thanks again for the help!

Relatively small place but tidy and nicely stocked! Prices way better than larger hardware chains but ofcourse quality not always as good. I appreciated the manager being upfront observing traffic flow and helping customers at the same time.

Ya just can't beat the prices! There are some tools that one should look for elsewhere, but this place is especially a home run for "disposable" tools that you know are going to be abused, or tools that are needed for a single project and you doubt you'll use it/them a lot afterwards. This is my adult candy store!

Always the best when I visit.
