Amazon Fresh

Efficient shopping experience with a no checkout style of shopping. If you have the Amazon Fresh app you can just walk right in, select your items and leave, you will be charged for your items automatically, you may also use a credit/debit card as well. The store is very well stocked with competitive pricing as well as a buffet to grab a meal or food for later that is also very fresh and very well priced.

My first time shopping in store for a few items and I must say it was quite interesting. The place was incredibly clean and organized/neat. The few staff that I interacted with were extremely kind and friendly. Lots of items to choose from and their sale items were at a great price. Fruits and vegetables looked amazing. I did like the convenience of checking out just by scanning my phone though there was a small error in my billing once I received it via email but that was rectified easily on the app. I will try this experience again. I was surprised to learn that they serve hot pizza slices and made to order sandwiches in the store as well. Also, a self-service espresso machine was available.

Very convenient, and with the prime discounts the prices are more in line with other stores in my area. It's amazing how the walk out checkout works, but so far it's flawless. I do wish my receipt would be sent in a more timely manner, waiting up to an hour is annoying. But that's a minor complaint. If it weren't all the way on the other side of town for me I'd shop here often.

I like the Amazon Fresh store here in Virginia Manassas. They offer good quality products and the staff is incredibly helpful and attentive. The only thing I would suggest them, is to check the temperature of the AC, it's freezing cold inside!
It's uncomfortable to do shopping while feeling as if you were in the north pole. I have a little bit of arthritis, and my bones were hurting when I left and got in my car. (This is not the first time Ive been at this store that I notice this.)

Super convenient shopping if you are an Amazon member - just use the Amazon app, go to in store shopping and pull up your bar code. Scan in, grab what you need and scan again on the way out. They do have some limitations on produce I’ve noticed. No russet potatoes? Really? Otherwise they seem well stocked and even have Whole Foods 365 brand products, which I love. Just remember if you take it off the shelf you have bought it - unless you put it back in the exact place you got it from. For in and out convenience it can’t be beat.

We had something to return. This place was outstanding. Walked in with it, showed our return on the app, walked out. Maybe 3 minutes in the store total. They even packaged it.

Scan and go. Cool concept in which you just grab what you want and go!
You do have to have the app set up for your payment but the lady in the front can help with that if you havnt done it previously.

The hot food bar is actually pretty good with a nice variety and flavors. The pizzaria inside is also worth a try.

I was pleased with price and freshness of products! They should advertise more. I didn't know they were there until I ordered something online, and Amazon gave me a choice to pick it up! I have been getting out of the house and shopping there since! Well worth going!

Their customer service accepts Amazon returns. They'll give you a $10 off coupon with a $50 in store purchase. Prime members get an additional 10% off certain sale items. Scan your Amazon QR code upon entering to shop and walk out, as there are cameras everywhere to keep track of what you pick up or put down. Or you can pick out items and check out at the register. Must be 21 years to walk into the alcohol department. They will scan your driver's license. Interesting shopping experience.

We absolutely love doing our grocery shopping here. There are a few things that we could get a little cheaper at Walmart, so that is where we have done most of our shopping in the past. No more! The walk out shopping is so convenient, you don't have to wait in checkout lines which is so nice. They have great selection and the store is so organized. It feels very good to walk into. It's visually pleasing and so easy to find things. And the things you can't find, you can just ask Alexa at the end of some of the aisles. Their produce is also super fresh. I would recommend this store to everyone!

Very Clean store and very well staffed with friendly employee's. However, I have found that Aldi & Lidl have competitive prices.

Went there to return an Amazon purchase. Very quick and efficient. Did some shopping and was impressed by the fresh produce. Every one I came in contact with was great

Amazon Fresh has made my life 100% easier!! I’ve known delivery services from food to clothes w& yes groceries are available I’ve just never been one to use until it became a need due to a few recent surgeries & I am absolutely LOVING it!! Admittedly, every customer service representative I’ve had the pleasure to encounter has not only been extremely friendly but offered to assist w/bringing my order inside.

Let me preface by saying based on what I believe to have been an error in the software & not the fault of the shopper but upon placing 2 NEW orders, I received items which were deleted on one order & items that were in previous UNPLACED order. That being said on BOTH occasions customer service quickly stepped in & resolved the matter.

ALL food items from Amazon Fresh are amazing & as it says “FRESH” ~ I’m extremely pleased thus far w/the service, food & each driver I’ve encountered as well as knowing gratuity I provide goes to each independent driver.

I highly recommend Amazon Fresh. Hands down A+++ quality service across the board!!👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Honestly I have never seen a place like this Amazon Fresh and I was amazed by the technology that they put in this store.

As soon as you walk in, you're greeted and asked if you have been there, I said no, the lady helped me through the process and you basically signed in on your phone. Also you need to have a credit card on your Amazon acct. She explained that whatever you pick up and put in the basket the app will know!! If you put the item back she said to be sure that you place it in the same spot you picked it up from, that way you will not be charged. I was really amazed, yes I know it's 2023 and some people probably think that's old tech. But really I enjoyed it and think that there will be many more stores doing this..
