I don't know why I was there. I think I was bored. Just walking around and at the home Depot I was looking at all these employees 😞 they look so sad and miserable. I feel bad for them then I completely ignored that. Just enjoying the home Depot Walk.

Gotta visit, lots of parking easy access I like this location very well organized and very friendly employees. Next to the free way entrance in a large shopping center next to restaurants and other popular stores.

First let me say Victoria is such a kind, sweet and genuine person. She's a true asset and a great representative of Home Depot. I also want to thank Ethan and Jacob for all their help with getting my big heavy item to my car. They are such kind and very helpful gentlemen.

My husband and I had a great experience tonight at this Home Depot. My husband is a GC and needed some lumber cut. Jimmy, an exceptional employee here was friendly, helpful and more than happy to help us out. What an asset he is to this company!

Huge shout out to the very helpful and knowledgable Garden Department Supervisor for recommending BioAdvanced 3in1 Insect, Disease and Mite Control for my Marguerite Sweet Potato Vine that was turning color a day or two after I had bought it! I had asked at least 3 people from Lowes and even the guy I bought it from at Stadler Nursery but none of them really knew how to help including 2 associates from Home Depot before they brought him to me to hear my problem. His recommendation worked like a charm and I am forever grateful 🪴

Jonathan went out of his way to correct multiple errors, delays and challenges. Many of the challenges we're not his to resolve and he did so anyways. Keep up the outstanding customer service.

I hate driving way out to Manasses to get what I need, but this store usually has it.

I went to HD today to get bags of mulch. The entrance to the garden section was closed so I went inside to see customer service. Once inside I saw this one lonely employee handling a complaint from a couple and 5 other customers waiting to speak to her. She was very patient with each one of us. It was about a 10 minute wait watching her handling these customers while other employees were walking around. You would think the manager would have someone assist her since it is a Saturday and busy. When I got up to her, I asked for help in the garden section and she promptly got the employee from the garden dept. The garden person went out of his way to try to find the particular mulch I needed. He had to go behind the store and get me 12 bags. He hauled it to the register and assisted me by placing all 12 bags into my SUV. Thank you to Victoria at customer service and Miguel in Garden center.

Amazing experience thanks to the folks that work there, and specially Joseph S. I decided to walk in there w/ my 2 dogs bc if I leave my new puppy behind he eats everything.

Well Joseph S. helped me find faucets on the ladder, took a while and found the 4 I needed. I was struggling with my dogs so he helped me bring the stuff to the cashier and scanned it for me. He was even nice to my pups one of which was very scared bc she was an abused rescue.

People like Joseph that care, have compassion, and go the extra mile are rewarded. Thanks Joseph for making my experience with your store amazing, you have great people and management skills.

I love this location. We pass a closer Lowe's just to go here. Their stock is good and we like the prices at Home Depot better than Lowe's. We also find that the staff is knowledgeable and helps us pick out items or answer questions when we have projects rather than just being hired bodies. It really makes all the difference.

I have not been to this particular Home Depot before. I got to enjoy the Christmas decorations as I walked at the front of the store and ideas for Christmas gifts were very tempting.
I went to the garden area and everyone I came upon was friendly. The lady in the garden area specially took the time to help me with questions I had and I bought a plant she made a suggestion on. Another clerk working in the kitchen design department was polite to ask me if he could help me with what I was looking for. Even though it was not his department, he said he would show me where the item was that I was looking for. So, having friendly clerks made my shopping very enjoyable and will be happy to continue to go back to this Home Depot.

Very helpful staff in the store. I purchased a set of locks from another store and they re-keyed them all for me at no cost! Only frustration is how hard the parking lot is to get in and out of.

As a contractor I use Home Depot and Lowe’s a lot. Specifically at this Home Depot in manassas There’s a employee named “Mike”. Every time I use this store I’m extremely impressed with his work ethic and passion to assist the customers.he can definitely multi task. He’s calm , cool and collected and always friendly. By far gives the best customer service in any home improvement store in the DC and NOVA area if and I challenge you to put his manners and knowledge to the test. He is no doubt Management material. Every time I ask for even the smallest odd thing he knows exactly where to look and offers any knowledge he has on the products. Salute to MIKE . Hard working American!!!!

Placed order online. Did curbside pickup for three large items. Waited less than ten minutes, which I consider pretty good considering I was there during the lunch our. I've got no complaints. Good job home depot!

I had an awesome experience here. Calvin, a rep at this store, practically stopped doing what he was doing, to help me find the wires that I needed for my art project. He got interested in helping me as if he was part of the project. Great job Calvin. I am grateful for your help and assistance till I finished shopping for my art material.

I knew what I wanted and it was in and out. They have air filters in the size I need that Lowes doesn't carry.

Very impressed with the new store. It is clean, stocked with great products, employees knowledgeable and eager to help. It is great having HD closer to home. It is a much better buying and shopping experience than Lowes. The store is a credit to the management.
