Wow. Customer service at this location is above and beyond. They didn’t have what I needed in store, but Patricia was on it. She looked it up, called another location, and had them take it to the register for me. This store is very proactive in helping their clients. I really appreciate you all, and I greatly appreciate Patricia going above and beyond today. Thanks guys!!!

It's always a pleasure when we go to ace to get our paint 🎨 . Patricia is very thorough when it comes to coloring and mixing she will get you right every time making sure we have enough paint keys and stir sticks , I believe the other lady's name is Shawna she helped me us understand what type of paint is for different projects. BOTH ladies are very nice and helpful 👍🏼 Thanks y'all !

Picked out two nice live Christmas trees with my Dad here! Nice selection and prices. Sure will miss picking one out this year.

Went in and was greeting and got hel0 right away. Everyone was nice and the cashier was so sweet

I was very pleased with my shopping experience. The manager there accepted my coupon no problem and they sold 5 gallons of 1K kerosene! :) friendly employees, very clean and well organized over all a great hardware store to shop at!! I will return the next time I need supplies.

Very good customer service snd attentive to my needs.

Whenever I can, I go to Ace rather than the other big box stores. They always have friendly and knowledgeable staff, and odd-ball hardware you may not find elsewhere.
This location lives up to the standards I expect from an Ace store.

Came in here to get a specialty spring and not only did I find the one I needed but I was assisted by an amazing worker (Ron) and another employee who aided me to find it and was extremely courteous with me. Returning to the store, another employee James was again extremely courteous and helpful in my question. Thank you.

I frequently visit this store but not just for the convenience/ close to home. I can always get help from their staff. Either just helping me find something specific within the store, or offering solutions and alternatives for anything I'm working on. In the rare occurrence this store doesn't have what I'm looking for they will recommend certain other Ace's or even a store in the area. Overall I would recommend shopping here to anyone wanting great service and that Mom & Pop store feel.

I love these neighborhood hardware stores. Staff greeted me at the door and immidiately escorted me to similar items as to the ones I requested. Several fellas we're on hand to assist customers. Overall store is clean and we'll stocked with various supplies, staff is polite and helpful. Prices are not the lowest compared to the big box stores however for a quick polite visit it's worth a few cents.

We needed more lightbulbs and I did not want those daylight 'color' as they are very hard on my eyes. As soon as we walked in an employee greeted me and I told him what I wanted. Instead of just pointing to the aisle he took me there and helped me find EXACTLY what I wanted/needed. I forgot his name but this type of customer service is why we go to Ace first.
My husband found exactly the bolts and nuts and screws he needed without having to buy an entire box just to get 2 screws.
Wonderful customer service. That is why we choose Ace.

Well stocked, helpful staff and all the right parts

I have in the past been a Lowes shopper, but as I recently moved to the area I decided to try Ace. The people are helpful knowledgeable and friendly. A couple of things they didn't have ( i doubt Lowes would gave either) and they directed me to a store in the area to try. I'm doing a lot of repair and fix up and plan to get as much as possible here.

No matter what Ace Hardware branch you go to, the staff is always knowledgeable and helpful. The carry a decent selection of products for the size of their store. They didn't have everything I needed but they had the majority

Ace is one of the best places to go for hardware paint and just about any thing you need for fixing things . They are helpful and the attire is clean and easy to find what you need.

They had what I needed , took the extra time to help me find just the right stuff, very helpful
