Well I switched over to cricket on January 31 2020 and my whole account was screwed up there was money being taken out of my account So I went to the south Seneca store to pay my bill even tho I had 2 charges pending on my debit card I was helped out first by Jennie and she got to businesses she was great coustmer care was horrible and very unprofessional and highly rude the young lady that Was helping anorther representative also step in his name is William and they tag team customer service so after 3 hours costumer care said my phone would be on in 30 mins well that was a lie I went back to the Seneca store and they called agin and costumer service said a hour I went home this was Saturday so costumer lied agin because Sunday my phone was still off so once again I got back customer service hangs up 3 times on the store at this time store is closing so I have to come back Monday and when I did the maneger and the reps went over and beyond putting there jobs in jeopardy it made me feel like I was in court fighting a federal case with 3 of the best lawyers so if you have cricket and you can’t get costumer care to help you got to the south Seneca store and Jeenie will be there to help you thank Jeenie and William and Gonzalez

The sales rep is very helpful and kind she knew what she was talking about she knew what she was doing she help me upgrade my ex-boyfriend's plan and get everything taken care of for him and I only had to know a small amount of information which was an information that would be detrimental to him so I was able to go in and pay his building upgrade his plan for him I just needed to know certain things I was able to take care of things quickly
