El Rio Bravo Supermarket - Wichita #2

This grocery store is great. Went to get soda for grandson who likes them. Browsed the store, the bakery was phenomenal, the cakes and desserts looked amazing, and did not try any. The produce looked great. They had multiple things I had never seen before. They have a neat car with lots of different kinds of meat you can buy at a per pound price, so if you need 1/3 pound, you can request it. If you have time to browse, go on by.

I drive 20 min to go here every 2 weeks. I really enjoy the friendly atmosphere, variety, great prices on produce, and authentic (locally made) tortillas! Produce section is fantastic! Lunch counter food is delicious. Homemade salsas are muy bueno too. Only place I can find Goya Brand chorizo refried beans.

This is definitely a must visit place in Wichita. We absolutely loved shopping here and seeing so many familiar fruits, vegetables and groceries. Staff is very polite and friendly. They will help you find anything throughout the store. I’d definitely check out their meat section for fresh marinated taco meat and BBQ.

The BEST Mexican, Hispanic market in Wichita hands down. They have an awesome produce market, absolutely stunning cakes (by far some of the most beautiful ones I've ever seen anywhere), a huge variety of fresh meats. Every time I go here, I leave with a smile on my face. Truly a real authentic Mexican market with friendly staff and a well designed floor plan makes it a rare pleasure to shop for just about anything you might need.

I love Rio Bravo! They have all my necessities from the Mexican bakery, to the marinated meats, even Mexican medicine, and everything in between!! I’ve been shopping here since they very first opened and never have I been disappointed Let’s not forget the daily and weekly specials!! You must go!! Tonight’s dinner will be tacos de pastor with nopalitos.

Excellent selection of many Mexican products and at a good price. Their sweet breads and meats are my favorites!

This store has so much available from tropical fruit to cooking supplies. We bought some marinated meat for dinner tonight It was a good price and very flavorful chicken.

A friend asked me to join him to check out a Mexican market. I am glad I agreed. They sell popular Mexican items along with food native to Mexico.
Personally I had to try their cake donuts. Delicious. I ate the chocolate and nut donut. 😋
I brought home tamales from the Deli which have been delightful to eat for breakfast these past two days. The outer dough tasted perfect wrapped around the shredded pork. I will be back to buy more of their tamales. I also bought a bag of their deli flour tortilla chips and salsa. Yum.
Next time I plan to come hungry for lunch. Their deli foods looked appetizing.

Great selection of Mexican hot sauces and meat varieties. Awesome arrangements of vegetables and citrus. The king oyster mushrooms are outstanding. All kinds of fresh produce and selection. Pablo peppers etc. Lots of dried peppers as well. I will definitely recommend it's worth your while to check this store out!

Decently large Mexican store. They had a wide selection of pastries, meat, and produce. Some of the prices weren't the best, bit they definitely have a lot of good deals/sales if you look for them.

Best freaking store ever! Love it so much! I doubt I'll shop anywhere else for quite some time. It's so much closer to home (Aley Park/ Stanley area) than Walmart, Walmart Marketplace and Dillons.

Went here for the 1st time and had a great experience. Everyone was super friendly and helpful! Melissa at customer service went out of her way to help us find a particular ingredient we were looking for and came over with the owner later who also helped us and took us to the bakery to try one of their hot fresh corn muffins! Great place with great people! Will definitely be going back.

Great store. The meat department is really nice and so is the pastry dept. Lots of good stuff including pots pans grills etc..

It's like a grocery store but without Karen's and they are multilingual. It reminds me of Dallas and I love it. Why have Caucasians not discovered the wonders that are Hispanic Grocery stores they have actual food in them not weird wicker baskets and clothes and lawn chairs just food and fresh and in varieties you won't find at Drillons

Hidden.Gem. Absolutely love this store. They've got everything from an in-store bakery for sweet breads and tasty treats, to a little restaurant/eatery. I love coming and getting the different meats at the carnicería and they always have delicious fresh tortillas. In addition they have some of the best produce you can find!

If your wanting Hispanic grocery here's the place

Definitely a shock to my husband he enjoyed his first trip even requested I bring him back another time. Staff was friendly and the groceries were AMAZING!! Even found stuff to make one of my favorite snacks from when I was little!!

Some of the best and most authentic Mexican food in the city

I was having the hardest time finding all the ingredients I needed to make home made Birria tacos and this place had everything I needed to make true authentic Mexican food. It was clean with very friendly people. Will definitely keep shopping here as it gives me a taste of home on the west coast.
