You ever seen one of those zombie or apocalypse movies and the person has to go to the supermarket for supplies but humanity is gone and the shelves are empty and they have to find anything to survive... So that's how Burlington feels... Just the energy it gives off ..

But let me tell you I spent more money here than I have ever spent in a store since pre COVID. The prices are amazing. The selection cannot be beat especially for children's clothing.

In order to get the good prices u may have to do a ninja warrior through the isles. Cause the place was a hot mess. And like a zombie flick it was an absolute disaster. There are some empty areas and things are sloppy and misplaced. But for example- shoes are with shoes. The sizes aren't right but they are shoes so that's technically organization in a sense. That's how everything is. It's an organized mess. I think this place just needs some time and more staff. They seemed under staffed.

There was one employee trying to keep the place together. You could tell doing her best but it was too much for her. Bless her - protect her at all costs and give her a raise.

I will be returning- do give this place a chance. The candle selection wasn't as presumptuous as the ones at Marshalls. So many items for a vanity desk area for women. The Christmas decor was nice it did not feel generic or basic. The art work section was beautiful. I wanted so many things. The prices were good and there were designer items priced super low.

Go here early and have fun laugh at the mess and leave with something good. Don't take it too seriously. It's not dillards or saks. You will be happy that you went. Zombie apocalypse prep.

amazing experience beside the line being long the cashiers were moving it. i also had a great experience at the checking out Janya very friendly and positive attitude i will be coming back to shop here i love it

Everything is fine but they need more cashiers because there is a long line when paying due to lack of cashiers

Though the line might be long the cashiers and sales floor are great in helping each other out to shorten down the line

Great store , Great prices and Great location! Found most of my Christmas presents here!

I traveled from Texas to visit a friend down here in Georgia and stopped by this Burlington store. My friend had worked at a Burlington in Texas, and was impressed by the cleanliness and organization of this store. He mentioned how neat the front and register areas looked, and how surprised he was to see not a lot of item's,hangers,and etc piled up on carts. As we explored the store, we found the purses, shoes, baby section, to be spotless and well-organized. We were especially impressed by the cleanliness of home department props to a black hair girl we believe was working on it.men's and baby's clothing sections looked spotless also props to the two black women working on it.While there were some misplaced items, it wasn't very noticeable. The cashiers were efficient and friendly, making the wait in line go by quickly.The male curly hair cashier was very fast and sweet ringing people while helping his co workers and cleaning items etc.Only downside we noticed was the disorganization in the jewelry section, with empty spaces and missing tags. Despite this, we were overall impressed with the cleanliness and organization of the store, and commended the staff for their hard work.From the Front to the sides and back.

Came in today to find some christmas gifts, store looks a little empty but completely understandable since it did open a few weeks ago… Very packed, Line was very long but the cashier named Raul was awesome! He answered my questions and helped me with purchasing my gifts including giving me his opinion on some gifts since I’m quite old… Lovely personality, security guard at front was great as well! Love this burlington. I’ll be coming here often now rather than the Sugarloaf location. …:)

New location, but the stock is already a little sparse, and people have already managed to make a bit of a mess of some of the aisles.

Very little cashiers very long lines and the store looks like a train wreck.The 2 stars kept up because the cashiers are so friendly giving there best customer service.

First time visiting this location and it will absolutely be my last. The store looks as if it has been hit by a tornado, and of the merchandise that is there, the store is in total disarray, and a lot of the shelves are empty with no merchandise. Overall not a pleasant experience and makes me wonder what the manager is doing, because he or she is definitely not implementing any standards. Lastly as seen from the photos on this review, the line was around half the store, and the cashiers had no sense of urgency! I do not recommend going to this location. If you have to, go out of your way to go to any other location.

Love Burlington, however more employees needed or they need to be steadfast. I was in the checkout line for 30 minutes (not exaggerating, 5:58-6:30). Love the items, love the price, but not worth it if the entire checkout process is going to take that long. Especially if there was only 3 people in front of me. They had 1 person working who was also extremely slow. Please repair this! Customer service is number 1.

The dark skinned manager who has ashy hands was really rude. 0/5 stars if I could. Someone please get that woman some lotion!

Terrible location - they advertised special holiday hours, but when we arrived at 9:55 pm, we were immediately turned away because there was no cashier available. Despite pointing out the posted store hours, they still wouldn't allow us to shop. I'm planning to also formal place a complaint with the franchise too. The inconsistent hours and staff deciding when to close is leading to a poor shopping experience. Please could the store manager or district manager reach out to me so that I can share the details?

Their maintenance is the worst. Everything is always on the floor and not in the correct shelf, which can lead to a safety issue. Also I think new products are not coming to this location. Most shelfs are empty and cloths are all over the floor.

I spoke with the manager about a item i have left behind popcorn i purchased there and she looked at me extremely rued eye rolled. Can you believe it ! Unacceptable. Especially her unprofessional way of speaking to me as a customer i will not be coming back again! It was at around 3 o clock
