I had originally stopped in at another Verizon location, with an employee who refused to help me. My boyfriend convinced me to give this one a try, and I have to admit, it was much better. Everyone was very accommodating. There were hurdles to jump through due to an issue with a phone I had attempted to order online and I wasn’t able to make a purchase until it was cleared through corporate - but everybody was willing to try! Very happy with who is working here, would definitely use next time I’m in the area!

Recently traded up on iPhone and iwatch. Friendly staff. My reps name was Lee, who was new and still managed to make my experience seamless.👌🏻

Went to store and got a better deal then what Verizon told me. He saved me $280 off watch and was more help than the other Wildwood store. Plus waived the setup fee.

Wow What a rockstar Tim the manager at this store is. I had some issues trading my phone in for an upgrade. Tim stepped up to the plate in a big way helping me resolve the issues and we actually upgraded 2 phones to the iPhone 14s thanks to his assistance. This is the only Verizon store we will use going forward thanks to his help!!! Highly recommend!!!

Tim did an excellent job of directing both of us to the right phone for our situation. Then did a great job of getting everything transferred over from our old phones. Answered all our questions. In and out fast with everything working. Very happy with the overall experience.

Had 2 excellent experiences at this Verizon store almost a year apart with the same representative. Amy is knowledgeable, personable and has a great sense of humor. She helped us resolve our issues very efficiently without being pushy or trying to oversell. Verizon is fortunate to have her and I think Amy deserves a raise!

Very organized, short wait time. Excellent help from Tim to purchase new phone, transfer data to new phone, and complete transaction. He was very knowledgeable about products and was pleasant and cheerful throughout. Will definitely continue to use this Verizon retailer. Thanks for a great experience Tim!

The associate that helped us today was very helpful and informative. She answered all of our questions and helped us get our new phones setup how we needed them. Only concern was that she was the only employee staffed and had to help everyone that came in so the wait time before we were helped was a little long.

Amy did an awesome helping us this afternoon and we really appreciated all the time she took with us. She was efficient and took a personal interest in seeing we were educated on our new phones and happy customers.

Walter was very professional and friendly. He was most helpful and answered all my questions. He also went out to my vehicle and paired the phone with my vehicle. If I have additional questions after using my new phone, I will not hesitate to go back to him. He’s a keeper !!!

I received excellent customer service from your employee Tim. I was having trouble setting up my new iPhone. Even after contacting Verizon and getting help from others, still could not download information from my old phone. Tim easily handled 4 or 5 people in a short time before me with a smile and great attitude and was able to solve my problem in minutes.

Amy was extremely knowledgeable in everything we discussed! I purchased the new 12 iphone & iPad & turned in my past iPhone & old iPad! She set everything up & made this experience extremely enjoyable! No matter how many questions I asked- Amy calmly and knowledgeable answered each and every one! She has a charming personality and is very enjoyable to work with! I will give Amy 10 stars + 10 stars for sure! You should have more people like her, as I feel she adds a lot of knowledge & a great big smiling face as you enter the store. Amy will go far in your company! I have mentioned to many of my friends to always go to Amy, you never will be sorry! You will leave with a smile on your face as I did!

Tim at New Virizon store on 466A was awesome. He was very knowledgeable and patient. Answered all our questions and didn't feel rushed or pressured. I would continue to do business with him and would recommend him to others.

Based on personal experience, Verizon offers the most trusted and dependable service. My salesperson, Tim was more interested in my phone needs and less interested in the sales. He dissuaded me from unnecessary equipment. I strongly recommend the store on Tradewinds in WIldwood, Florida. Additionally he did all that quickly and efficiently.

This place is great and Amy is incredible to work with. I have a business account and have been doing business with Amy for years. If you run a business and you want an awesome representative to handle your cellular account please give Amy a call.
