Bella is such a blessing for this store. She went above and beyond when I came to the store for billing questions. She made sure everything was perfect and had such an amazing attitude with all the questions I had. Thank you, Bella!

Very helpful employees. Ariana helped me reset my phone settings so I could send out pdf in email. A life saver. They helped me with this a few weeks ago.

I went into this store Sunday for some assistance and both of the clerks were very professional and above all helpful. They assisted me as much as they could and then pointed me in the right direction to solve my problem, they weren't pushy or try to sell me anything. When I left the store I felt good because some customer service as of lately has not been welcoming. Good job by these two clerks.

Professional and friendly staff, helped get myself and my daughter on new phones and a new plan. Most cell places are like the DMV, but highly recommended this location and staff.

I have never had such a positive experience walking into a wireless network company as I did with this location of T-Mobile. Bella was extremely friendly and welcoming, smiling and saying “Hello!” right when I walked through the door. She was attentive to what I was asking for and not at all pushy in a sales position. Let’s be honest, I dread going into AT&T, Verizon, and all of the other cell phone providers, we’ve all been approached at the mall, Sams Club, etc. by the sales people of those providers asking “who’s your cell phone provider? I can get you a better deal” What IPhone do you have? Ughh.. This was so refreshing. I was interested in the T- Mobile home wifi and she was knowledgeable about the product and how it worked. Thankfully, because I had no idea and my home situation had just changed and this was the last thing I wanted to have to deal with, but it was a necessity. We started chatting and she was so very personable and just a sweet person, exactly what I needed that day. She completed my home wifi purchase quickly & told me to call her if I needed any help. Now, fast forward a couple months and I am thrilled with the wifi service, there isn’t any hidden fees, extra charges. Everything she said was exactly what it was. I went back this week to purchase a second home wifi for our home in New Smyrna Beach and when I walked in the door, she remembered me and asked me how I liked my service so far and how my girls are doing. To say that I am impressed and excited to have had excellent customer service with Bella is an understatement. Bella is by far the best experience I’ve had in customer service in a very long time from any interaction with any retailer. This location has a fantastic team of people working there, everyone was nice and positive. I was just lucky enough to meet Bella and I will continue to do business with T-Mobile, including leaving my 27 year cell phone service with AT&T and switching to T-Mobile, because of her. 5 stars doesn’t give my experience enough credit!

Ash and Sam were one of the most amazing representatives that I have ever met. They were focused on their customers, and made sure EVERYONE was taken care of. I even got the privilege of watching them work with the elderly. They answered all their questions, they assisted with EVERYTHING. It was the most beautiful experience. I came to this store approximately two years ago and the experience was VERY different. Let’s just say the experience with Ash and Sam was VERY pleasant. In fact they even stayed PAST closing time to make sure all of our devices were set up, and all of our questions were answered as well.

Ash was absolutely fantastic, kind, patient, knowledgeable, helpful and relatable. She took the time to answer every single question and exceeded my expectations of Phenomenal customer service. All the ladies were Amazing, friendly and I will certainly return for all of my servicing needs. Bravo T-Mobile!!

Bella is absolutely amazing!!! She was extremely attentive, knew exactly what I needed and had me all set up with my new equipment and service before I even left the store! I would highly recommend anyone looking for anything T-mobile goes to see her!! Thanks again, Bella!!!

Davide was very helpful. My phone stopped working. He helped me do a claim and get my phone get fixed same day real close to me.

The customer service here is top notch! Jose spent 4 hours with me this Sunday working out an issue with Verizon! Clary and Janiah were AMAZING as well, had to mention them:) Everyone is so patient and professional!!!! 5 stars all the way!!!

I had a wonderful experience with Bella from T-Mobile . Bella was extremely knowledgeable on the functions and operations of my phone.
