New bookstore in Salem! Finally! It's beautifully organized with a huge selection of various books and subjects. The staff is helpful and friendly, and they clearly worked extremely hard to create such a warm and inviting place. Really impressive!

I can’t fathom a better customer service experience. So when it opened it was busy as can be, the staff helped us find the only copy at this Barnes for a good chunk of time. Got Tolkien’s Letters From Father Christmas and which is already a hidden gem! Thank you for the help I can tell everyone on opening day was floored with book store nostalgia as Lancaster had a store years ago. Also, we finally got a book store with a full on manga section, check it out!

Last great physical book retailer. I love taking my daughters to find new authors and book series.

Amazing books. The manga section is really big. The store is very clean and they fill the space perfectly. There is a cafe, though I have not tried any of the stuff from there. In the back they have a lot of things other than books. There’s something for everyone.

Very nice and new store with great collection of books, vinyls, magazines, kids books and cute notebooks.

There’s a Starbucks as always on this store so you can take a coffee while enjoying a book.

Great location since there’s more shops around.

Originally I went here twice and was picked on by an employee for having a son in a wheelchair (we knocked things over due to checkout not being wide enough). It was humiliating and I cried for a while in my van. I was so excited since my family loves to read, but quickly I felt uncomfortable to go here.

Today my faith in humanity and Barnes and noble was restored. Your associate, Deja, is the kindest person I’ve ever met at a bookstore. She took the time to show me where some things are for homeschool. She went out of her way to answer all questions and made my experience a happy one. I often feel afraid to leave the house since my kids are starting to understand people making fun of them. Next time I will bring my kids and not be in fear of an associate making fun. It made me tear up because it is not often people are kind to those that are different.

I’m very glad I gave your store a third chance. Deja’s small act of kindness made my whole day. Thank you.

Nice to have a bookstore again. It's surprising that many of the toys for kids are so educational. It's situated well and I've found that the paid membership is worth it.

The atmosphere is great. There's a wide selection of books and the place is a cozy spot to browse or to enjoy a good cup of coffee.

Such beautiful place to shop books for all ages and is so neat on every aisle very friendly environment . love to get a hot chocolate they make it so good.

Great size lots of books to browse through. Excellent kids section and very family friendly. They even have a kids activity area.
