Our service attendant was phenomenal. He made the hour drive there and be back worth it. Being on vacation without a phone is undoable in this day and age. Thank you for getting us hooked up and navigating again.

Ryan, in computers, was amazing. He greeted us with a smile and asked how he could help us. We told him we were looking at two computers and our price range. Ryan was very knowledgeable, great communicator, and did not try to sell us on a particular laptop but gave us the pros and cons, but said it was up to us on what we decided. After talking to us, he said he wanted to show us a laptop that was out of our price range but reinforced what he was trying to explain to us. He gave us a good education and we ended up buying a more expensive laptop. He did not try to sell us the laptop or push us to buy the laptop he gave us an education. Ryan, again, is amazing and a great asset to Best Buy.

It's always clean and dust free.THE staff are kinda stuck up but kinda nice.The staff are always so busy or they try to act like they are.they have a real big store they need more items.I love that they have security nowadays you can't be to careful.i just got a fire tablet a Amazon dot and a laptop and I can honestly say yes on the expensive side but I'm happy with my products.

Best Buy has a nice streamlined system set up to order online and pickup your item at the store. In my case I bought an incredibly hard to find Nvidia card at list price and picked it up a couple of days later. Workers were knowledgeable and friendly. Now I’m back to pumping out videos.
