AT&T Store

We switched from Verizon to AT&T to save money. Great cell service.
Liam and Joey were very professional, and their job performance was exceptional. They answered all of my questions and explained things in a way that I could clearly understand. I would recommend the Minooka store for all AT&T business.

So we came into the store not knowing what's going on with our phones trying to get a new plan and there was a great people there named Liam and Joey who are very helpful very professional took us through every step of the way I would have recommend this place to anybody who's in this area to get phones from this AT&t store you guys are definitely lucky to have employees like this

Brian was a great help and made the process of switching phones so easy! He answered all of our questions and was very helpful! We had a horrible experiences in Shorewood at AT&T, so he was very pleasant to work with! Highly recommend coming to Minooka AT&T for any phone needs!

Very helpful and nice staff! Helped fix my phone when the charger broke inside my phone. Also very helpful figuring out the best options for upgrading my phone and very truthful about pricing. Will definitely continue doing business with this AT&T!

We had an exceptional helpful experience at the Minooka AT&T store on Ridge Road. Brian was super helpful and gave us the phone and pricing that was spot on. We had previously stopped at the Shorewood store on Black Road where we were not greeted in a friendly manner or helped with any of the questions we asked. So it was such a pleasant surprise when Brian in Minooka came through. I would highly recommend if you need any help with AT&T services.

I was having a issue with my Android phone (Software that came on the phone). I spend hours troubleshooting with customer service with no result. I called and spoke with Brian & arranged to stop in. And Viola`, solved!! He was extremely helpful & professional and knowledgeable.

Yesterday, my phone turned off and would not turn on. I came in to this location this morning, Brian and Liam were both extremely helpful and assisted me in getting a new phone. The whole process did not take more than an hour and a half and that was because we decided to get some food. overall, amazing location with amazing staff.

We had an excellent experience at this store. We decided to switch our service to ATT and came to this store. Brian Smith was very professional, very outgoing, and was very patient and answered all questions no matter how ridiculous some of them were. He was the only gentleman working and had a customer before us and stayed well beyond store hours to finish setting up our phones. Thank you Brian for excellent service.

Took a while but we got what we needed. The store rep was nice and we talked about stuff and then we got our phone. So it was a good visit. The store rep is Brian. He was amazing. We did stay until 9pm because it took long for phones to transfer. Brian was cool and helped us until we were finished what we needed.

For one guy working , service was fast and great. Helped us as we needed.

After purchasing new equipment at another location where they appeared completely inept and assigned a wrong number from my account, Brian went above and beyond to help correct the issue! Brain, the manager at this store was super helpful with me since I travel for work he set me up with an additional phone line and walked me through the process. Overall I’d recommend this store over any others in this area!

The two guys working that day, Liam and Anthony, were so kind and helpful to me when setting up my new line & phone. Usually I dread going into phone stores because it's always been a frustrating experience for me, but I'm very happy with the service I received. Will definitely be going back!!

Cesar in Minooka sold me a new phone this afternoon. My I phone 7 was on its last leg. He was knowledgeable helpful and patient with all the questions and transfer of material including my office material. Excellent to deal with. I would recommend this store because of him.

I went in to change my phone plan and to get a new phone. Jase was very helpful and we changed my phone plan, and my new phone will be here in 2-3 days. He also said I can come back when I get the phone and they will transfer all my stuff over to the new phone. Thank You Jase!!
