T-Mobile

This store is new as of 2023 in Channahon/Minooka. I went in because I needed an upgrade. Jesus was the most helpful cellphone associate I've ever worked with since the dawn of cell phones. He lives up to his namesake. I appreciate the quick, easy and nice service that Jesus and Noah provided.

I recently upgraded my family's phones at T-Mobile and had a fantastic experience with Manny! He was incredibly patient and took the time to help us understand the products and make the best choices for our needs. Manny's expertise and friendly demeanor made the process so much easier and enjoyable. The entire staff at T-Mobile was also great, providing excellent service and making sure we were satisfied with our purchases. We are so happy the T-Mobile store is closer to are home here in Channahon, IL and the staff is very friendly and helpful, and they go above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy with all their needs. The manager Manny is great, and great leader and his staff looks up to him and they all give that great customer service. We have been T-Mobile customers for 23 years and have 4 phone lines and home internet. Jeff is amazing also and has helped my wife with problems she has had, and Jeff would fix it and go above and beyond to make sure all is right. Great Job everyone.

They found out I was mentally handicapped then proceeded to manipulate me into signing away a good contract into a far worse one. I would stay away.
