AT&T Store

I visited this store with the intention of canceling my service. Ms. Sharitza Ortiz changed my mind. She was so amazing! She went above and beyond to solve all my problems. She is an asset to your company! Give her a raise😊! I would highly recommend this store, the staff is extremely knowledgeable and courteous! The manager, Manuel G., was also extremely courteous and helpful . This store gets five stars for great service!!!!!

I'm one of those people, who would definitely let you know if I received bad customer service. So, by the same token, I'm letting you know the positive.

Shaun was very nice and patient with me while deciding on a new phone. We did have some technical difficulties through upgrading but Shaun and his team really did make me feel welcome and comfortable!

Eric from the Dale Marby location was EXCELLENT. He was professional, helpful, and knowledgeable.

But, his coworker really calmed me down when I first got to the store. She spoke very calm and offered me some cold water.

If I ever have an issue with my service or phone, this will be the store I got to FIRST.

I recently purchased a new phone online and needed help with the set up. I went to the Lutz store and the gentleman there said he couldn’t assist and unlock the phone. I knew that was a lie, I figured because he wasn’t making a commission there was no point assisting me. I have been an ATT customer for over 20 years, some of their employees still don’t get how important customer retention is. I went to the 150000 N Dale Mabry location and this nice young man Jahdane was kind enough to help me complete my set up. He was professional, courteous and very patient. It was a pleasure watching him assisting multiple customers at a time without any of us feeling unattended. Kudos to You young man, thanks to you I will remain a loyal customer.

Zay was great got a new zflip with him in less than a hr

I was having the most stressful day and to add to it I dropped my iphone6 in the sink. I frantically called this location and all the gentlemen there were so nice and offered me options so that I could get a phone that day. I had to go back to work and I was very limited on time the manager Tony and another great employee stayed late and waited for me so that I could get the phone that same day. They literally saved me , everything I do is off my phone. They definitely take customer service serious and I would highly recommend.

Jose went above and beyond to get us set up on our new phones and recommended some great accessories!

Much thanks to Jazmine, Drew, Jose! They not only helped me set up my new iPhone, but they helped me retrieve all of my contacts after I lost my previous phone. These three great people saved me a ton of headaches and turned my lousy day into a good one. I highly recommend all of them!

Manny is the best!! Helped me change from cricket which was quite a hassle. Even though it took a while because of cricket’s customer service he was very pleasant through the whole process.

The two gentlemen working the store greeted me immediately, even though the store was busy. They were knowledgeable of AT&T products. They we're able to identify and eliminate an unknown APP causing popup ads and provide me with the accessory I was looking for.

My wife's phone battery fried , but she had insurance on the phone.
They sent her a new one in the mail, but the Young Lady on the phone, who was also excellent, could not get everything to transfer due to a problem with the old phone. So we went to the store at 15000 N. Dale Mabry in Carrollwood. The two men in the store were Travis and Kenny, and they were fantastic. They worked with the two phones until they got everything transferred... They gave excellent customer service..

The Carolwood AT&T store Rocks 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 MGR Tony & and the other 2 employees were amazing. They helped me with turning my old phone back on to find the new one that was left in a Lyft car ride.. I highly recommend this store to anyone needing At&t...They’ve got ya covered & they know their business so you always get great results ..👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Customer service is on point!
Not just one employee, but all 3 were polite and attentive to their customers. The lady there even got crayons and paper, so my son could stay busy, while I spoke with her coworker Isacc. My 5 yr old and I left happy. He got an iPhone for iready (homework) and my husband and I get to set the parental controls.
I've been with At&t since 2008 or so. I've been to many different branches. This Carrollwood store is the best. Thank you for making phone shopping a fun experience for my little one. He is a social butterfly and enjoyed
