Publix Super Market at North Pointe Plaza

Publix is the best grocery store out there. They are more expensive, but you get what you pay for. They have awesome subs, soup, salads, sushis and lots more prepared food. The stores are always super nice and clean! The employees provide the best customer service!

Again not normally my Publix, had a job around the corner from here, saw a couple out front utilizing the Publix tables they have set up for people to either eat at or rest but unfortunately this couple felt it was there for them to do their drugs at, Fortunately managers went out & took care of it right away & i understand they can't be rude & just assume these folks are loitering & not moving along with their day but it is scarier to know that this couple felt like they could do this right in front of families who may have small children & they don't need to be possibly exposed to the drugs if out on the table or they drop some & the kids pick it up, that would be awful, so it was a great job that Publix employees just said please i can give u 5 minutes then y'all need to get your things & leave & then they did. Thank you for actively listening that day 👍👍👍

I love❤ Publix, they are definitely doing something right in my opinion.
They are super friendly and accommodating.
I only have one complaint they need to be open later for us night 🦉 owls. I mean who couldn't use one of there delicious subs at midnight. 😁

Better designed than my local Publix. Will in the bakery department was very professional, and more importantly, he stopped what he was doing to assist me. He didn't just point or tell me, "Whatever you see." I really appreciate this young man's customer service.

They always have the best selection and freshest produce. The deli sandwiches and rotisserie chicken are delicious. The customer service is also top notch!

Very clean store, usually can find everything. Employees are friendly and helpful. They have some pretty good deals.

I can not thank Assistant Deli Manager Chris Osimen enough! He saved the day when I need some last minute deli sandwich trays. He literally pulled a rabbit out of a hat to save the day!!! He has 100% earned my business forever!!! Thank you again Chris!

Ziggy is awesome! He made our shopping experience great and he cracked jokes the whole time while bagging our stuff. He def deserves a raise! Haha

Love this Publix! Everyone who works there is helpful and friendly. I never wait long on line, get help finding food items and coupons I didn't even know were available. I get all around great service. With the price increases there (aren't the supply chain issues resolved now?), it's a testament to their outstanding customer service that I don't go elsewhere. Truly my favorite Publix.

I tried my luck with a $1 ticket from change from lunch... Publix...I won $2😂...we laughed but hey I won

All the items I'm looking for and great service in pharmacy, individual lanes of workers loading, the front desk, the register and packing team! It's always Publix for me!

The employees from the deli to the managers are all amazing. Met an employee in the deli who recommended the best smoke cheddar I ever had. Then, later, as I was looking for a new flavor of creamer for my morning coffee the dept head was so awesome to go out of his way to see if his distributor can get any new flavors of sugar free creamer. Just the attention to detail was phenomenal.

This is my favorite neighborhood Publix. There is decent parking and I find the employees in this store to be really pleasant and helpful.

Nicely arranged. Great bakery. Fresh produce. I've been going here more frequently. The staff is nice, managers are ALWAYS around, interacting, smiling! Much different vibe than the wd down the road. Very impressed by the standards of people, products, and overall flow of the store...

Great people couldn't apologize enough because we had to wait for our Pub Sub. Hey, it was a Friday night at 530pm. No apology needed!!!

This might be the best Publix I've ever been to. There are so many special employees here who have made our time as a young family so pleasant. One cashier in particular who has made an impact during every single visit is Julie, who makes us feel like family even though all we're doing is purchasing groceries.

Perfect example of outstanding customer service!
