Circle K

I was having a bad day and I walked in the store to buy me some cigarettes. Jessica was so friendly so kind and filled with positive vibes change my whole day . Thank you so much Jessica . the owner should definitely should give you a raise and higher position you are the perfect example of a good humanity

Nice clean store. Shelves fully stocked. There's a nice cold section with some treats and snacks.
A good selection of beverages. Have ice.

This store is awesome ! I swear every time I go in I walk out smiling ! The staff is always really friendly and helpful. They even helped my grandma pump her gas ! That says a lot for this generation of people with no manners or respect for the elderly. Not to mention, it’s always clean. Definitely best store around !!!

This circle K is one of the best ran circle k’s in the area. Staff is always keeping things clean when I go in, always has receipt paper in the pumps. Rarely a line to pay

This is one of the best convenience stores I have visited. The staff is very polite and attentive. I wish I could thank the owner personally. ;)

We purchased gas

Doesn’t do inner circle. There’s a sign on the door but it’s not obvious if you don’t know to look out for it. Cashier with long hair and a mustache a nice guy though. I’m sure he has to put up with upset customers like me at the franchise owner’s choices often.

Do not visit this gas station. In my 20 plus years of living in Carrollwood I have never experienced anyone so passive aggressive or rude working at a gas station in my life.. the labels are not listed on their slushie lids, and of course none fit .. (not my fault) I had the cashier yelling at me from across the store saying “look….the lid is on the top!!” Nope, still no lids that fit the size I was looking for and his tone was undermining and belittling. Very passive aggressive. Mind you, I’m a single mother with disabilities and felt attacked and his tone was very rude and condescending. When I told him I’d take my business elsewhere and wouldn’t tolerate his tone towards me he told me “fine I don’t care” and continued to argue with me. What kind of customer service is that!!?! I have worked in customer for 10 plus years and would never talk to a customer that way! no one should be tolerating or doing business with a gas station that thinks it’s ok to belittle and be passive aggressive towards customers.

This place is a joke. I have come to this location multiple times because I live down the street. I came in last Friday to buy $100 worth of scratch offs and was told I have to buy something before I can purchase them. I said to the guy our you being serious I’m buying something. He tells me no I’m not joking you must buy a item in order to purchase lotto it’s our policy. For one I no that’s a lie. When have you ever had to make a purchase to make a purchase. He said I don’t make the rolls are you gonna buy something or not. So I walked out. That is unacceptable. Then I go in their about 30 mins ago to purchase $100 worth of scratch offs and was refused of service once again. This guy tells me he couldn’t sell me them without his manager their. I said are you serious right now? He said my manager said no purchase of lottos can me made without them their because their employees are stealing them. What does that have to do with me? This is ridiculous. I’ll take my money somewhere else.

Don't go to the circle k. The owner doesn't care About customers. They don't Let you use the inner circle app. It's too much Of a hassle for the owner, go down the street to the circle k on north dale mabry and hoedt.

Staff don’t seem to care, place has gone downhill, no gas at any pumps, nobody bothers to put any signs out to say that though. Staff just standing around, nobody doing any work. Vagrants seem to be increasingly congregating, not a safe place for females on their own, wouldn’t let my wife come here alone. Nicer, cleaner, safer gas stations not too far away, would recommend using those.

Two Taco bus employees fighting and cursing at each other and a young lady behind the counter that should polish up her customer service skills, as I go up to the register to pay I receive a call from my wife so I had to take it so I stepped away from the counter after asking for an item, I left the item on the counter, after maybe 4 min I walk back to the counter she's not there so I wait patiently with out saying a word. When she gets to her post she asked me " are you done Sir?"........ And remember the two guys in the background? There still at each other's throats. Everytime I decide to go into this store I feel let down, you know what I mean people, that moment when u get back in your car and you say to your self, " I shoulda gone to Wawa" I think I know why this store has had like 3 owners in the last 5 years but I'm no expert so I'm not sure. " Treat them nice and they will return" if not we have plenty of options in this area as your sales report should inform you. GL
