Woodie's Wash Shack - Gandy-Westshore

Marcus the GM had me towels and was helping detail my car as soon as I pulled into vacuum station. 1st time I have had an employee help me. But the GM! Solid crew here on Gandy keep up the good work. Definitely worth the membership..cheers to Marcus and his crew

Visiting from Chicago and came across this Car Wash, went in thinking that I was able to use the vacuums and then go inside the car wash but my truck was not able to go thru the tunnel wash due to those roof capsules, so Marcus was very helpful and let me use the vacuums and gave me a air freshener, great job Marcus and your team..!! We really appreciate the nice gesture..!

Miguel is the best. Don’t get any other car wash membership if you are in the Tampa area. Woodys does it best. Towels, cleaning chemicals, fantastic electric wash, compressed air, and high pressure vaccums. Would rate higher if I could.

This is our first time here at the car wash we live in Orlando. This is the best car wash I have ever been to. Marcus helped dry and wipe down our van it was a great experience. The workers smiles and said hello. It was what I call the “chick fil a” experience!!! Thank you !! Vacuums were awesome as well !!

Great experience with the staff. David was nice and extra helpful. He helped dry my car and clean my mats. Will come back because of this!

Kenya helped me as well and was very friendly as well.

Marcus M. Crew member was very courteous, kind, and super helpful. My mother took my daughters and she advised he was so nice to my daughters giving them beach balls and Popsicles. Who would’ve thought I’d stop at Starbucks and see a “Free Wash” sign at Woodies. I didn’t think I could make it work with my newborn in the car because we were only supposed to grab coffee. But the wash was quick and Miguel was such a help! Thank you Woodies I will be back.

Went to Woody’s on Gandy for the first time and had a fab experience. The staff was warm & helpful… and surprised me with their multiple and genuine offers of assistance. Special shout out to Miguel in the post-wash area. So personable and friendly.

I’m a BIG fan of Woodie’s. We had a similar car wash model in Vegas before we moved to Tampa and were hoping to find a place at least as good. Woodie’s is even better! I love that their attendants help dry the car and they have all the sprays and towels needed to complete the wash. We do weekly car washes so the membership is totally worth it.

First time here and was very impressed. Very seamless, high-quality wash that turned out great. Love that the vacuums and air are plentiful and Ronda came over and explained all the extras you can use at no cost and helped my dry off my car. Will be keeping this membership for the foreseeable future!

Took my car for a wash/vac today and service was awesome from the very start! Ronda came by and helped me wipe down my windows and gave me an air freshener : ). I’ll definitely be back when my car is due for its next wash!

Miguel has been and was today a great help in the interior/exterior detailing area. After he helped me get started, I watched him spend time helping a lady new to Woodies with what is available, how to use floor Matt cleaners and other services. He’s the kind of great customer service employee I like in my own business. High 5+ to Miguel.

Andre H went above & beyond for me this evening!!! He was so professional, courteous, and went above & beyond to help me with the outside of my car & my tires after I had to take my car through the drive through twice because the tires & rims were still dirty after the first wash. I rarely leave reviews but I would like for him to be recognized for being an amazing employee and having excellent customer service!! You should be proud to have him as an employee!!! Thank you, Andre!! I will most definitely be coming to this location every time and will specifically look for you every time I come.

The service is incredible. I was offered water, a donut and air fresheners. My car ended having up issues while I was vacuuming and Delia offered me her jumper cables and another worker who’s name I can’t remember helped me jump my car. I was able to get it started and everyone was so nice. I’m so thankful!!! Seriously would recommend getting a membership and using this place. Thank you!!!

I’ve had a monthly membership at the Woodie’s at Gandy/Trask nearly since it opened! The owner’s nephew (sorry man never got your name!) is always great, as I go through later in the day often. On my most recent visit, Marc was exceptional in helping me get rid of some unwanted bugs on my front bumper! The staff are always friendly and helpful and honestly this car wash is an incredible value for your money. Can’t recommend it enough….Recent update (9/10/23) Joseph S went above and beyond to help me clean and detail my car after a rough weekend of rideshare driving. He’s the man. Thanks so much! Edit 12/6/23: Javantae has been super helpful a couple of times lately, helping me detail my car when it’s really needed it!

Andre H is an excellent representative. I’ve been to the same Woodie’s location for the past 5 months, and this is the first time that someone (Andre) helped me dry my car. He made sure I know how to use the vacuums safely and that I knew all the services available at the location. He’s friendly, professional and helped me appreciate the services ever more. Andre H was amazing! I accidentally pulled into a members spot and was told by a team member to move (which put a bad taste in my mouth). Andre still dried my car (he made me want to be a member just to see him). Thank you Andre!!!

My first time through this car wash. I was welcomed by Randy he was very helpful & nice. The ride through the wash was enjoyable and after I went to the vacuum where I was greeted by Pete and he started drying the water beads off and made sure I had everything I need, very attentive. Then Colton came by to help with floor mats and so nice. This is a nice place to go and so many helpful people standing by ready to make your experience go smoothly.

I recently had my car cleaned at Woodie’s wash shack, it was fantastic as always! Since I've been a member here for over a year now, the results have always impressed me. Today Stephane, one of the staff members was kind enough to come out and assist me with finishing up my car. Excellent experience, and I'd really recommend becoming a member. Absolutely worth it!
