Haven't been to CiCi's in years! I'll tell you this location was great! The pizza was very fresh and tasty! The salad bar was fully stocked and also fresh! Pasta was cooked nice. Staff was friendly too!! Definitely had a Great experience here and definitely will be back

We actually love this place. The staff is nice, the pizza is decent and my toddler loves the freedom of being able to have fun and not feel like she's getting in the way.

I took my family of 6 to eat here.The pizza they had out was cold. Had no variety of pizza or desert no soup n salad look horrable.
Not even an apology an we like cicis i dont know what happened here but was not cool..

**UPDATE**TODAY(2/14) I TOOK MY FAMILY BACK TO THIS CICIS. LET ME TELL YOU THE DIFFERENCE ON EVERYTHING THE FOOD WAS ON POINT NICE READY HOT, THE SALAD HAD VARIETY OF INGREDIENTS PLACE WAS CLEAN EMPLOYEES WERE MAKING SURE EVERYONE USE GLOVES FOR Safety WHEN GETTING THE FOOD. OVERALL WAS A MUCH MUCH BETTER EXPERIENCE.. BIG THANKS TO MISS BETTY AN CICIS OWNER. 5 🌟

Every staff member was helpful and kind, the whole restaurant, arcade area and restrooms were very clean and the food was hot fresh and yummy. I was very happy with my experience.

I haven't visited in a while, but what a surprise it was to enjoy with my kids in a new renovated establishment. The inside is captivating and clean, the pizza is good especially when it's hot freshly out of the oven, and staff was friendly.

The Food was Great The Soup was excellent the only Thing i was not so happy with Drinks coke option tasted like Water and ice we had to pick it up with a scouper because it didn't work on the ice machine overall everything else was Great

very lively place. lots of kids. many video games. they will make a pizza of your choice if you don't find it on the buffet. they even have an air hockey game!

Buffet all day! 🍕This place has been a family favorite for awhile now. Endless pizza while you dine in. Even pizza styled desserts. Even arcade games to keep the kiddies occupied.Covid protocols are in place. Mask while at pizza counter getting your slices, and you must wear gloves while getting your plates/bowls and pizza.(gloves are provided) You can only unmask and be ungloved at your table.

This location is great. It was very clean. The staff was very nice and professional. They switched out the pizzas often. All the food was fresh. Great place for kids or anyone who just needs a pizza fix. I highly recommend this location.

I love their mac&cheese pizza. This location is always clean during lunchtime. They hae chicken soup and a nice salad bar.

Great pizza, but we were really impressed by the arcade, although if you end up with 4 or less tickets on your card there is nothing you can use it on and you cannot use more than one card on a game so we definitely wasted money on getting multiple cards...but great food. $8.49 a person for the buffet (July 2023).

We went there for a quick bite , was pleasantly surprised, food was good and price for a buffet very reasonable , parking was easy considering Applebee's is facing Fowler Ave.Staff pleasant n courteous, definitely check out.😁👍

Awesome dining experience clean and fresh pizza ready and hot enjoyed my time there the game machine don't work and they take your money but besides that it was awesome 😎

This location was clean and partially empty, they require all to wear a mask unless eating. All of the staff were wearing mask as well, gloves are required when getting food and drinks which are also provided.

We moved to Tampa recently, and my children love Alfredo spinach pizza in a specific Cici's Pizza branch in Jacksonville. I was worried it would taste different because it happened to us before. This branch is exactly the same. My children love it.
I just bought Alfredo pizzas it always tastes the same. Love ❤ it sooooo much! Friendly service!

Stopped by to grab a bit to eat here bc it had been many years since I've eaten a cicis I love I feel like a kid eating at a pizza buffet lol..

I've been here so many times as a kid and whenever I come on vacation, I'm a certified Cici's Pizza lover. I will be back soon hopefully.

Cicis is one of the best deals for your money when choosing where to go out to eat. They had a nice variety of pizzas on the buffet. We asked for a custom Buffalo Chicken Pizza which they were happy to make us one fresh and quick too! The salad bar was full and had lots of fresh crisp veggies with a good selection of dressings also. The soup is surprisingly good there. Free refills on drinks made for an all-around good experience. They do a good job keeping it clean and organized. Definitely recommend this location!
