This review is to give a shout-out to Monique who went out of her way to ask for the occasion, recommend specific candles, and even wrapped the candles for the occasion. We recommend the “midnight blue” and “champagne toast” candles!!

❤❤❤Favorite!! This store is newer, it’s a little small but beautiful and if you sign up for their emails and rewards -you get heads up for UNBELIEVABLE SALES!! And even free coupons!! I even ordered almost all my Christmas presents online with their rewards and coupons, during a sale, which you can use some all in the same day..And the box came 5 days before Christmas but a soap was opened inside the box during shipping and made everything wet,They replaced EVERYTHING I ordered and did a 2 day rush on my shipment and let me keep this first box !!!!!

I like that the store is not in a mall. It's next to Target and it is easier to access. Employees were nice and helpful.

Good bath and body works with lots of items. The staff were friendly and helpful. The Fall and Halloween items were so cool. They always send out good coupons in the mail to get stuff( 20% off, free item etc). Overall good place!

Let’s be clear I was having a bad day… but walked into this BBW and met the most amazing staff! First, Dakota… thank you for helping find the best scents and simply caring about my day. It’s rare to see, so thanks for lifting my spirits. Karen, my candles smell really good, OMG! I love the Leather & Brandy scent that you recommended. Whatever you all have going on, keep doing it! It shows. Excellent customer service every time, but this time was more memorable

Thank goodness that this opened! I was so tired of having to traverse through a mall to get my fix of candles/wallflowers. The staff are extremely friendly, convenient location, and they always have a great stock.

Very nice staff and very understanding. I would like to say they were extremely patient with my daughter who is on the spectrum. She loves the early morning shopping experience and the staff is always very helpful and accommodating.

I received notice on my emai about 1/2 off salel. I was not disappointed. Some products 75% off.I found some product on sale of my favorite fragrance. Also, a plentiful supply and wide range of products. Great fragrances. I went in person so I couId try fragrances. Welcoming employees. Very good experience.

Enjoyed going in to this newer location with walk in access from right outside ones car. Great not in a mall. Associates were cordial & helpful. Had been ordering online & worked out great especially shipping gifts. Nice to be storeside again. KB

The staff members at this place are really warm and helpful. The place is quite compact but well maintained and clean. Product quality is above average and the prices are moderately high. All together a good place recommended.

I absolutely loved it there the staff was so helpful when I asked for a specific product and I was surprised to see them actively looking for it and not just one person, two of them where helping look for the things I want. They found them all except 'Almond Blossom' because they sold out but that's the beauty of online shopping cause that's where I found Almond Blossom. Anyway I just wanted to say thank you to the staff for being so dedicated to finding what I needed when I came in.
