The UPS Store

The service was extremely friendly, fast, helpful, and just an unexpectedly pleasant experience. Compared to my nearest UPS-authorized drop off location (an independent UPS affiliated shipper 30 minutes away - not a “UPS Store”) that I normally use, the experience was a night and day difference. From now on I will be using UPS Store #4830 for all my shipping needs despite the additional drive time because they’re worth it. Exceptional service.

Went in there to do a QR return. I didn’t realize it was at USPS. Gentleman at the front desk was extra helpful by taping up my box and telling me where to go even though I was at the wrong place. Really appreciated that he took the time even though they were very busy. Thank you for great customer service!

EVERY visit to this store is a POSITIVE experience!!! Customers are warmly greeted, plenty of staff on hand to move customers through easily and speedily, I commend everyone in this store, especially, MERCI who recognizes me and helps me often!!! Thank you all!

We received a personal letter in the mail from Store Manager Jim yesterday that explained the Printer we had ordered had been mislabeled and misdirected during delivery and the package ended up at this store. He took the time to examine the package and finally discovered our address information.
He then sent a letter to inform us of the mix up and that we could retrieve our package at the Gull Road Store. Very thankful to finally have our printer! Thanks Jim and staff for your professionalism and service.

Great, great, great! Super helpful and knowledgeable staff. Everyone went out of their way to help us with a tricky question of how to ship some very large batteries to Florida. A special shout out to Jim for going above and beyond to help us. I would recommend this UPS above all others.

Always friendly and as fast as they can be for the amount of traffic that comes in sometimes. Asked quietly if my child could have a sucker before offering one to him.

I felt they went out of their way to meet my needs - I was in a hurry and while they didn't move me ahead of any other customer, they stayed with me from start to finish to get me on my way - offering suggestions that made the job go better.

All of the employees at this store are very friendly, helpful and fast. You're in then out. Job done well.

I LOVE this UPS store. As a online business owner I have multiple interactions weekly, sometimes 2-3 times in one day. Each individual that works in this store are so friendly and extremely helpful. When I first started out they assisted me with cheaper tactics to ship. I am so thankful for the staff at this store! Thank ya’ll for putting up with me and my “pretty “ wrapping paper.

My son had to move from MI to WA and send most of his belonging via UPS. We had packed over 10 boxes and had to have UPS pack up several more for us. Travis of the 4830 Gull Road UPS in Kalamazoo MI was PHENOMINAL!!!! He was helpful, professional, friendly, super efficient, extremely knowledgeable and in general made the process stress free for us. What could have been horribly difficult was a breeze with Travis. He even came in early on our second day of box drop off to ensure that all our packages were together, packed properly and ready to go. Travis is the kind of person you always want to have in your path at some point in your day!

Had a great experience. Very friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend them for all your printing, shipping needs. Staff went way above and beyond my expectations. They were very busy and still took the time to help me photo copy my items and make sure i had everything i needed. Would be a great place to work for anyone looking!

Stopped in today with a package that positively, absolutely had to be delivered the next day. I arrived 15 minutes before the last pick up. I had lots of questions about delivery options (signature, no signature, insurance), a couple residential addresses to consider and the possibility of delivering to a UPS store. I even had to call the recipient to discuss these options. Alex was at the counter and happily answered my questions, let me consider the options while keeping the line moving and then got right back to me when I'd made my final choice. all with a very caring attitude and adding his thoughts about the best options. In short Alex was a star, helping me choose the best option for a reasonable price all while attending to other customers. Best customer service I've experienced in maybe years.

We have been using The UPS Store #4830(GULL RD) for several years.
Alex, Anna, Jim, Linda, and previous staff members, have always been professional and conscientious in making sure our packages arrive in a timely manner. Kudos to the owners too, for their caring professionalism and leadership.

For several years I have managed my elderly parents finances. This has involved countless photocopies of documents and faxing & mailing to a variety of agencies. The staff is always so helpful and it makes some of these stressful situations much easier. This week alone, I was there three times dealing with the VA and state Medicaid.

I love this UPS store. The employees are friendly and hold it together during the very busy holiday season. I find it rather entertaining, while standing in line, to hear how much it costs to ship gifts, etc. Lucky me, my packages all ship free from my end. Bonus, the store is located less than 6 minutes from my home. Did you know you can ship LIVE fish to the store? Crazy.

Busy time of year yet Linda was so kind and took care with the packages for my grandkids. She was very informed about insurance and even packed my 2 boxes into 1 because I wanted it easier for the drivers . With all my information on file I was in and out so quickly and VERY satisfied.

Jim and Ian are assets to this company!!I went in and need some papers reduced and they both were just super nice from start to finish and I definitely wanted to say thank you Jim for the great service and awesome attitude man,I really appreciate it 😊.UPS needs more employees like these two because they're very personable even in these times when a lot of companies don't fully show appreciation for great employees. I hope UPS knows how good these two are!!

Mariam and her team were superb in the care they took to package and the extra effort to build a double box system that worked great! My family heirloom clock was delivered in perfect working condition. I again can't thank them enough for the extra time spent to ensure my clock would not be damaged by the shipping process. I would definitely recommend their services.

Typically don't leave reviews but I received some great customer service from Elrico. He was very helpful, patient and accommodating throughout my time at both stores. I was able to deliver my emergency package on time because of him, great employee for the store.
