Best darn McDonald’s hamburger I’ve ever had. Perfect general and meat prep. The ingredient changes (McMods?) I requested were executed perfectly, too.

Why can they make them like this at home?

Tonight I recently went to the McDonalds off sprinkle . They were having a new promo which was buy 1 get 1 for a $ for a short few mins there where difficulty trying to understand the value . But Tasha the stores employee made things way easier and smoother. I will like to take the time to right this review an say thank u for making the night better an I will always be a valued consumer. P.s the store manger guy was not that very polite .

This location has improved a lot over the past several months for it's lunch crew. If I want MCD I will pass one just to go to this one. Customer service is better than some others in the area. I won't go to any fast food for dinner. Seems anywhere you go they are short staffed and not trained.

Ordered for the crew. So it was a big order. They got it done in a pretty timely matter, and all smiles.

I just stopped by in the drive thru to get an iced tea on the terribly warm day - and a holiday, to boot. Very nice people waited on me - on this hot, Labor Day. Thanks, Mickey Ds!

Judging by the reviews I'm reading, I will be in the minority. Stopped by yesterday at 10:38 am ordered 2 sausage egg biscuits and 2 home fries. WOW. Just like you see in the commercials,they were perfect. They looked good,smelled great,and tasted amazing!!! The girl at the first window was friendly , respectful and presented everything with concern for the customer. When I picked it up at the second window,same as the first. It made me want to go back and get more food. With this staff working, I'm definitely going back!!!!!

Fast, efficient and does it right the first time. THIS IS HOW YOU DO A LARGE ORDER OF FRIES... especially if that's all I order

We were on our way to Chicago and we had two tour buses full. About 40 of us got breakfast here and were in and out with no messed up orders in about 30 minutes tops. I was pleasantly surprised. The manager was calm and handled us with care. I'll be returning when I come out again. I usually don't eat McDonald's but this was worth the stop today. Thank you

The Sprinkle rd McDonald's is my McDonald's and the people that take of you there are always courteous and kind even when they are short staffed. They do their very best to serve you fast and efficiently, my fries are always fresh and hot

Arrived in a bus full of hungry adults on late morning Saturday, February 9 (from Detroit area) and again late evening on Sunday, February 10 (in a snowstorm returning home) after an overnight trip to Chicago. The service was spectacular even though we came unannounced. The management & staff were super accomodating & all the food was hot, yummy & hit the spot. Thank you to everyone at this McDonald's for making our road trip so wonderful!

O M G!!! This is seriously THE BEST McDonalds I’ve ever eaten at. Being 40 years old in a few months, I’ve definitely been to quite a few of them! My son is living in Kalamazoo currently and I live in Flint but I pick him up a couple times per month and we now make stopping here a priority on every trip. Words simply won’t give the food here the credit it deserves. Ok so maybe I can’t really give a complete review since all I get from there is the chicken nugget meal, but I swear I have never had any McDonald’s who consistently serves food that is fresh, and cooked absolutely to perfection every single time. The nuggets are crispy and fresh and the fries are like the epitome of what everyone loves about McDonald’s fries when they’re cooked the way they’re meant to be. Honestly, this is seriously a class A, 10/10 level McDonald’s and it’s the whole package, from food to the customer service. Obviously that comes from not only employees who care, but also from an excellent management team. Hats off to the entire staff. Your hard work and dedication speak for themselves and I’ve been nothing less than totally amazed every time I’ve been at your location. Corporate seriously needs to recognize this location and set the bar for what they expect from their franchise locations based on how this store is ran and operated. Thank you all!

Will you place an order through the app and then had to make a change at the window. The worker was extremely helpful and friendly and quickly change the order for us.

The manager appeared to be working alone this morning. The line was long but she did a great job. Thank you for the great attitude! We are all struggling to find help, please be patient and kind.

This is the most reliable McDonald's in the area! I always have good customer service and accurate food.

Close to home. Never had any problems. Food always good and fresh. If busy, never had to wait long. Very friendly service. Manager and employees are just really great people.

Fast n hot food fast drive thru

I come here everyday after work in the morning for my sausage biscuit lol. Its delicious, made in a timely fashion and presented to me with an outstanding morning crew that is always on their "A" game. I couldn't recommend this location any more than I already have 👍
