Menards

I prefer this to other home improvement stores. It's more well lit and easier to find things. Always very clean and well maintained store. Staff is friendly and helpful. They have everything you need for a whole house and then nearly everything to fill it. Prices can't be beat.

We always find what we need and I love our refund program. The lady on the last picture was not very helpful. I assume that she was training the gentleman, but as he was helping another person she just stood there without saying a word and didn't even greet us, she was busy just looking around doing nothing while we waited, and waited.

Charles went above and beyond assisting us in the lumber yard. He was very pleasant and helpful. Kudos Charles! It heart warming to know there is still great people in this crazy world.

Bathrooms are always clean and well stocked. Many very knowledgeable employees and the younger kids are always happy to find someone who can help if they can't. Always well stocked store, you can order for delivery, rent tools, and you get 11% back in a mail in rebate too! Great sales. 👍 10/10 totally recommend.

This is one of the better Menard's store I've been to. They are very helpful and friendly. They do have some decent people whom actually know what they are talking about. I really appreciate all the help of the staff at the Gull road store. Thanks to them all. Check them out.... I'm sure you'll have the same experience.

I still believe this to be one of the better Menards store I've been to. They have good prices and a very good variety of items. The pro desk is very helpful if you have questions. They do a great job 😊

Review for the Gull Road location. Phillip, in the flooring department, was very helpful. I had some measurements for flooring that he took the time to convert them to the square footage. This made things a ton easier for me. He and another guy also helped me put the flooring and other stuff I bought, into my car. Will definitely be back, and highly recommend Phillip for you flooring questions!

I love Menards! There's Home Depot, then there's a step up to Lowe's. A step even higher than that in quality is Menards, plus they carry some unique items and brands that others don't.

Pressure treated lumber is getting harder to come by, but they had everything that I ordered. Staff was very helpful and pleasant during my merchandise return, finding in-store items, finding lumber location, and at the yard gate! Great experience!

I love Menards okay. They are really good about returns and are very helpful when you need something loaded into your vehicle. It is really big store so sometimes finding someone to help can be a little difficult.. before the most part when you do find someone they're very helpful they're really helpful

If I didn't have to go there I probably wouldn't right now. Not because the service was bad and the employees weren't helpful because that wasn't the case, the reason is because I don't feel I should be forced to wear a mask in any store. I understand we are all doing our best to live in these crazy times but forcing people to have and wear masks and charging them a dollar if they don't have one is ridiculous.

Workers are almost always helpful and cheerful. I think I had one bad worker experience in 5 years so - great store. They also have a wide variety of products which helps with one stop shopping!

I purchased a dishwasher that had a factory defect, needless to say I was not in the best of moods to take time out to return and replace
