In 2014 I purchased a new Seadoo RXPX 260 from Leaders RPM and had an amazingly smooth sales experience. After ten years with the jetski I decided to trade in the 260 on the new RXPX 325. The trade in and new purchase went great once again, and the entire team was super helpful with the process. I would highly recommend Leaders RPM and would like to give Sam, Justin and Mason a shout out for making the experience so easy!

I was impressed how they pulled machines into the garage out of the cold and from the showroom for us to look at!! They are very knowledgeable of the equipment they are selling. Update: when picking up our new pontoon we realized the trailer we brought needed adjusted to fit the boat width. Tyler helped make the adjustments and get the boat loaded. He then added air to our trailer tires and got us some extra tie-downs to make sure the boat was secure for our long drive home. He also realized a break light was out and helped tighten up the internal wiring and got us a new bulb. This was exceptional customer service that was over the top and extremely helpful. This place has great staff and will continue to do business with them.

I started searching kicker motors on the internet. Leader RPM had a product I was interested in. Sam answered my inquiry promptly with pricing and shipping information and then followed up with my interest. He made the process very simply with his knowledge and service all the way through shipping.

Everything went more than excellent in purchasing our new side by side. Leaders has an incredible and very well knowledgeable staff that helped us through the hole process. They have always kept an incredible amount of units in stock with all the options needed. Nobody was pushy for the units just happy to help with what ever was needed.

This is a very different review I am leaving. I do not have anything from rpm (unfortunately) but I placed an order and they realized the wait time was going to be significant so they got into contact with me and let me know and swiftly refunded the money because the helmet would not be in by Christmas. Thank you guys so much for taking some stress out of an already stressful time of year. You guys are great.

My experience with purchasing a new See-Doo Fish Pro at Leaders RPM was absolutely one of the BEST experiences I've ever had!
