Been a returning guest since my first experience and I love it here! Everyone is always so friendly and so eager to help with any questions I have and allow me to take as much time as I need. Elijah helped with our service today and he was amazing! I did notice from the last few visits, I’ve had a quicker experience but I know that’s due to their new system. I’ll continue to return here for the great staff but hopefully they resolve their new systems so I don’t overwhelm the staff with my questions while I’m waiting to be rung up so I can be in and out of the store

Lindsey was super friendly and helpful. Even when she didn't know something, she didn't hesitate to ask others for recommendations for wax. I was very happy to come back after being away for a while. They made me feel like I was family! Awesome job!

As usual, great experience here. It is my go to spot for a reason. Well, that's one of many reasons... Went in to catch a nice special they had going, and Zeke took care of my order this time. Cool dude, real friendly and knew his stuff (spoiler alert: they all do!). He got my order squared away quick and I was out the door to go home and enjoy the spoils of my long trip. Good times.

Happy that we decided to make a trip to Exclusive in Kalamazoo when we were in town. They have great perks for first timers and a loyalty program that compares well with other shops I’ve been to. Elijah was exceptional and knowledgeable and I look forward to visiting Exclusive again while in town!
