Good cashier at self check out. I was impressed with this Wallmart. Very clean

This location is the best location I've been to in Southwest Michigan so far. They were organized, clean, had large lanes to accomodate traffic, and are the only location nearby that had exactly what I was looking for.

I has to take my prescription sunglasses into the vision center today, to have the rubber nose pads replaced. It was about noon. I didn't get the ladies name that helped me(sorry). She was very polite, kind and even wished me a happy fathers day on my way out. Made my day. Thank you and I hope you have a very nice rest of your day ma'am.

I rarely go inside this store because the online order/pickup service is top notch. My order is always ready early and the contents of my order are filled accurately. Walmart also has an excellent substitution system.

Miss Ciara in electronics is one of the best workers I’ve ever seen! She was so helpful and nice! She payed my daughters tuition on her 9-5 money. She also gave my grandma her kidney out of the kindness of her own heart. She is my favorite person to get help from. She knows her stuff!

Update 7.8.22: Way to go Walmart!!! Nice new paint job!! Looking fresh! And the dark Grey accents truly make the store pop! 👍😉

UPDATE 4-22.... The Walmart pharmacy beat Walgreens Good Rx price by hundreds of dollars on a single script! Way to go Walmart! Not sure why Good Rx has lesser help through Walgreens.

This was by far the best experience at Walmart I have ever had. It wasn't busy though. But it was a pleasant shopping experience for once.

If you need a new cable modem go see ciara in electronics, she has a highschool phD degree and studied Consumer Electronics for Dummies which makes her more than qualified to answer any tech questions you may have. she’s been working here for more than 28 years and is now considered one of walmarts top employees. she makes less than macdonalds though😡 walmart needa get with their game

I don't generally give reviews, good or bad, but it's interactions like this that make life good. I went into Walmart around 12:30-1:00 pm yesterday 3/9/23 to use the money service desk to get a money order. The women immediately acknowledged me (which now a days never happens) and she even seemed happy to help me (again unusual today) long story short but with the amount I needed my bank declined the charge, which is embarrassing & inconvenient. Not once did I feel rushed by her but she remained so patient and kind. Even offering me solutions to help. A situation which generally is frustrating and difficult turned out to be one of the best parts of my day. So I want Walmart to know about an employee that is doing an amazing job. I wish more people were like her our world would be a better place.

Yesterday marked the first time my boss, I mean my girlfriend and I used the Gull Rd. Walmart grocery online order, curbside pickup service.
I have to say, it was a fantastic experience right from the get-go. From the initial order placement all the way to pickup. We were thrilled with the whole process. It was convenient, there was no additional cost involved and it saved a ton of time and energy.

The thing that impressed me the most though, was the gentleman that pulled our order and loaded it into our car. Raymond was his name. If you get Raymond working your order, rest assured, you will be well taken care of and all of your items will be there.
His customer service skills, professionalism, detailed information and really pleasant demeanor were refreshing in today's day and age. Unfortunately, you just don't get to experience that much anymore. Raymond picked out very nice vegetables, meats and some frozen food Items seemingly as if he were going to be eating them himself. All of his choices were the cream of the crop.Everything about Raymond was exceptional. You can tell he takes pride in his job and the company he works for.
Very nice experience with a good guy and exceptional service.
Looking forward to next time.

Baught about 10 of these flannels different colors at Walmart for a great price for my own private label custom brand! I saved more then expected looking at the prices for the same shirts on other sites. I also save money by getting my shoes cleaned & repaired by Superb Shoe Cleaners goggle them! They'll save you $ as well!

Always a set of friendly helpful people they are like family if I need help loading my car they send someone out to help me they have great selection I am there almost everyday
