Best UPS store ever. We are a military family, so I’ve been to my fair share of shipping places, and UPS stores in general. This location is great. They have a self service area to ship back Amazon items- it’s pretty great and easy to use- but you can also be helped by the employees without a problem. Knowledgeable staff- super friendly. Doug is great, and the younger guys who work there are not lazy- I always see them working hard. I always want to go and support them.

Terrific service, this team works hard and fast to reduce wait time. In fact I rarely have to wait at all. I've had a mailbox there for two years and appreciate having a fob to enter and check my mail after hours. Parking is easy! Highly recommend!

I love that this location now has a self service kiosk for package drop offs! The young employees showed me how to use the kiosk and manage my returns with QR codes. I am not good with tech but the young guys there helped me through the process every time. I'm in and out in minutes! great customer service!

I have been using the services of The UPS Store in Tierrasanta for a decade. The convience and services offered are appreciated. I commend Mary and Jane for their helpfulness to my needs when I come in and I always enjoy a quick chat. They have a tough job trying to service all types of people as quickly as possible, some who are just grumpy and impatient and can't ever be pleased.

Took advantage of their notary services on this visit. Mary was professional and low-key as always. Took five minutes and a
$15 notary fee, which she mentioned is the maximum one can charge in CA for notary services. Interesting as I know I’ve been charged more in other locations. Love this small locally-owned business.

I've used this UPS store numerous times over the past couple of years. They've always been helpful and friendly. Maybe I've just been lucky, but I'm NOT a lucky person (just the opposite in-fact).

Mary is simply the BEST! She is very experienced and super efficient. I've been a customer for nearly 12 years because their customer service is great.

I think reviewers here have given this store a bad rap. I live in Tierrasanta and use this store all the time - the people are friendly and helpful and I've never had a problem there other than having to wait a while in line - which is certainly not their fault.

Great Place. I was worried my package got lost but the guy on the phone handle my concern perfectly. Fast service every time. Usually dropping off Amazon returns.

Have used them for about 9 years. Always excellent service. Answer any questions. Never rude or disrespectful. Live in the neighborhood.

I have been going to this location for years, I have a box there, and all the employees have always been helpful and courteous. They always remember me and ask me how im doing. I will continue to use this location.
