Excellent service from management to her staff. Everything was very prompt and professional. The store was empty when my husband and I walked in, but it quickly filled up. Alexandria greeted every customer, explained potential wait time, and still remained patient and cordial as she was multitasking and setting up our new devices. Alexandria was very through in explaining the services protection plans and the special deals being offered. ALEXANDRIA even set reminders in my husband's new device to bring his attention to handling business with an older device. I am very satisfied with our service and devices. I have been with various cellphone carriers but I have never experienced the service we have being a member of T nation is lit!!!!! Thank you 😊

Came into TMobile for a phone charger and left with a great Intermet package as well. Juliaunna was fantastic and went above and beyond with her customer service. I would recommend others to this store just for her presence alone - she's phenomenal!

11-16-23 I was in Joliet’s Jefferson T-Mobile and had the distinct pleasure of receiving EXCELLENT customer service from Mobile Expert Ambria. She went above and beyond to help me obtain contacts from a deceased family members phone, so I could save them. She then wiped all information from the phone, all the while being very pleasant. She is knowledgeable and was a great representation of Great T-Mobile customer service.

I went to Tmobile at Joliet today February 25, 2024, to get some lines for family members.
We were met by Alexandrya who checked us in and got Zach to serve us.
We came to Tmobile because we had been treated very badly at a metropcs center close by.
I must say that these two professionals exhibited urgency, care and professionalism. We came to get two line but needed up getting four lines.
I recommend anyone to go to Joliet Tmobile for excellent and great service.

Love it here! Very knowledgeable mobile experts here. Never pushy when I come here. Just upgraded all my lines on my acct and it’s always my go to spot. Thank you.

Robert, was extremely helpful and explained everything in detail. He also explained a number of options available. So far we have been very satisfied with our purchases. Both the phone, accessories and internet.

A bigger store, so yiur not stuck on top of the other with your business. I like that. Very nice people who get the job done. I just dont understand why cell phone places do not repair, only resolve the issues.

The service here was amazing! We had Ashley helping us and she was fantastic. I was looking to change phone providers over to T Mobile and I was so nervous that it was going to be difficult. There were a few problems I ran into, and she was so patient with me. I highly recommend going to this T Mobile!

We had a GREAT experience here. All of the employees seemed very nice and helpful but Zach was by far the best! He went out of his way to give us the best deal and service. We will definitely be back.

Ashlei was amazing at this location! She helped me set up a new line and make sure the new phone was up and running properly. I had a lot of questions and different scenarios of new billing cycles and she walked me through every step and wrote down all the new pricing for me. This can be a busy location so just be patient with the staff. They have a lot of sitting space available while you wait.

I received excellent service from both Zach and Jonathan at this location. I switched to their 5G home internet and cell phone service. Not only did I save a lot of money but also the signals are very strong and the internet speed is very fast. They were a little overwhelmed when we first got in, however when they did get to us the service was really good.
In this paragraph I'm editing my review about 6 days later.
I had a lot of problems with calls and even wifi calling at my house. Sometimes calls were okay but later would notice the more I used my phone. I was using a Moto Z4 that I purchased when I had Verizon. Not having 5G might cause dead spots despite what the experts (on the internet) might say. Same goes for NOT having a T-Mobile phone. After purchasing a T-Mobile Moto g
with 5G many issues were finally resolved. The phone wasn't expensive (about 225.00 or so) and I will be credited for it, so somehow it supposed to work out where I'm supposed to get it for free.
In hindsight if you're old phone doesn't work so good after switching don't be hesitant to get a reasonable T-Mobile issued phone. So far my calling is greatly improved and signals and speed are very impressive.

The people here are great and very helpful. Zach especially went above and beyond to help us switch over to T-mobile as painlessly as possible. Great experience!

Let me begin by saying I was a new customer when I went here so this is not a review of T-Mobile but only of the store and staff at this location.
I received wonderful service from two different reps on the two days it took to get me situated, I would add that it only took two days because they offered to drive to a neighboring store and pick up my requested device themselves and bring it back so I wouldn't have to wait for it to be shipped. I by no means expect that kind of service but I am a huge fan, so thank you!

Eric and Jeremy were a great help and know their products, they listened and got me what I needed and more I got the s22 from Eric with case andscreen protector. With Jeremy I bought the charging cube and portable charger, definitely will be going to them only for my cellular needs

This T-Mobile is the best one to go to in Joliet. The other stores aren't that great. I want to give a shout out to Jonathan and Jeremy.

My phone was screwed up, where it wouldn't let me silence group texts. Another store couldn't figure it out for 45 minutes and they suggested to call the T-Mobile Tech crew and they couldn't figure it out either. So I went to this T-mobile on August 18th and within 5 minutes, Both Jonathan and Jeremy figured it out for me. Ask for them if you go there. They seem to know what they are doing unlike other stores =)

I love T-Mobile. I have not had any problems with T-Mobile. Service is great, and the young man, named Jonathan, who helped me add a line, was super nice and so helpful. We came across a couple of bumps in the process, but he was super sweet and very patient. Never huffed or puffed, only gentle and encouraging saying, "It's ok. I just want what's best for you two." THANKS JONATHAN! YOU'RE THE BEST!

I’d give them ZERO if I could. Sold us a phone but CANNOT help set it up - said she “wasn’t trained” for it and wanted to send us to AURORA. It isn’t her fault she wasn’t trained but told me I had an attitude she didn’t need while I was frustrated that the phone was missing years of pictures and apps. Tried “forgot password” link for cloud storage and never received a link by text or e-mail. I have never left a store before without my stuff being transferred. Save yourself time by just buying the phone at the Aurora store, I guess.

My apologies for this being the wrong store - the stores are very close together. The manager who replied to this review is very helpful and we don’t have to deal with the other one again close by.

There are several T-Mobile stores near my house and I always find this store to be the most helpful and knowledgeable. I've had nothing but great service time after time. Robert helped me today and he was completely efficient and professional.
