Menards

Our association recently asked us to change our mailbox! Menards in Joliet made it simple and took less than 2 hours total for the entire process on a 90 degree summer day!! We purchased literally 3 items total and installed it all ourselves and we couldn't be happier with the level of service, commitment and cleanliness this store withholds on a daily basis!! We are constant customers and give this location 20 out of 5 stars!!! Kudos to all staff, management and regional management!! We see you!!!

Great selection of huge variety of items. Usually has 11% rebate offer which earns you money to spend at Menards. Store always clean, well stocked, and organized.

My partner and I stopped by for an order pick up yesterday. Three wonderful men helped us load my car. I wish I remembered all their names but I believe two of them are named Jade and Kelly. They were absolutely kind and helpful. We had no cash on us and wished we could have tipped them each. They deserve that and more! It was pretty busy and never once did they change their kind demeanor. Most of my order was picked up and the rest they said they should have in 1-2 weeks which we can absolutely manage.

My husband and I came in tonight to purchase flooring and the Store Manager Kholton was extremely helpful, and beyond kind. He made our shopping experience very pleasant. Exceptional customer service! Thank you Kholton!

Have a better selection of items vs competitors. This is especially true in plumbing and lumber departments.

Menards has been our go-to store for home supplies and other items. I get dog and cat food here, as well as birdseed, and my husband gets snacks, tools, furnace filters, and other home improvement items. We skip going to closer home improvement locations now and prefer to shop here. The rebates are a great draw too!

Always a nice experience in Menards, however, your bathrooms really NEED a good cleaner who cleans the toilets, they have been a hot mess lately. Otherwise the rest of this store is clean, neat, organized. Shape up those bathrooms use deodorizer too.

They have a fertilizer with crabgrass control which lasts all season long. It's a good choice for those not wanting to add additional products each month.

I unfortunately have the sad experience of doing a Walmart pickup only to get there and they tell me that the salt I needed was unavailable! So ecstatic that going into Menards I found not only one or two but three or four different types of salt! 😀 Thank you for being so consistent in your customer experience with your neighbors.

I can usually find what I need here. They have a great selection of merchandise available. Not only do they have hardware and building supplies but they carry some grocery items as well as some personal hygiene items. Their return policy is second to none. They often offer 11% rebates, every penny counts.

Great place to shop. They have just about anything you would need and usually at a good price. Coupled with the 11% rebate it is a great spot to shop whenever I need anything for a project, repair, or just simply a random item like a pool filter!

My First time at any Menards. It's huge, with a Lot of of different departments. Tools, lighting, and for me, Model Trains. They had a lot of light up buildings that looked great. I wanted one of their train cars, they had several different models and tailgates. Great prices, posted as 24.99, rang at 19.99! I was very happy!

I purchased countertops and paint this evening. Staff was friendly and attentive to my needs. Paint department staff pointed out a bargain and didn't try to sell an overpriced product. He pointed out the less expensive product would adequately suit my purpose. Countertop staff spent extended time with me to ensure that I had the proper measurements. Staff was very personable and engaging. I enjoyed my shopping experience at Menards. I also received 11% rebate on my purchases.

Other than just having a generic type of key making type of machine that I tried at Walmart and they didn't work and because the store itself doesn't own them no refund a waste of $15 other than that idea fantastic service, prices and products

I can always find what I need. Picked up grass seed, hose, and PVC pipe today.

Grace in lighting at the Joliet Menards was great in assisting me..I couldn’t find many items and she found exactly what I was looking for. She is cheerful and helpful. Some of the best customer service I ever experienced.

Always a pleasant experience at the Menard’s in Joliet and Menard’s in general. Really good selection at fair prices.

What I really enjoy is all the items they sell for wild birds. I’m big into feeding birds in our backyard and Menard’s has an awesome selection of bird food, feeders and other accessories for birding.
