Publix Pharmacy at Loughman Crossing

This Publix Pharmacy at Loughman Crossing is excellent. The staff is friendly and helpful. My husband and I get all of our prescriptions and vaccines there, and are very pleased with their service. Also, this store is our favorite Publix grocery store in the area. We love the ability to pick up our prescriptions and our groceries at the same location. 😊

Switched to this pharmacy from cvs three years ago and I’ve always received excellent customer service and my prescriptions are always filled much faster than at cvs. The pharmacists and technicians are always willing to answer questions.

My wife and I have been shopping here since they’ve opened. I’ve had nothing short of an incredible experience every time. The produce staff, the meat department staff, and especially the pharmacy staff are incredibly helpful. Publix service is always world-class and this store is nothing short of that. You pay for it, but it’s always worth it. Ain’t nothing like a Publix sub!

By far our favorite Publix. We love the store layout and how they have ideas for dinner in the front of the store, saving you time. Great job Publix!

Love Publix, but very disappointed with Pharmacy this morning! The Pharmacist held a personal conversation with an acquaintance for over 20 minutes while I sat and waited for her to fill a vaccination prescription. I couldn't believe how inconsiderate she was. The gentleman behind counter was great trying to assist everyone while she was preoccupied.

How hard is it to be a good pharmacy? Publix is usually good, but this location in particular is very poor on all levels. However, the pharmacy is the worst part of this location. Never have meds in stock, don’t call to let you know they are out or ready for pickup. Refills? Forget about it. It’s like they forget who you are and as if you’ve never filled a script with them before. Don’t bother calling, go inside and expect to wait several days because God forbid they stay ahead of schedule. Honestly, I don’t care if it’s a personnel issue, hire more people. Depending on your medication needs, and if your life depends on having consistent availability and timely refills -
Go to CVS.

prescription was not completed on time, and then they provide my prescription not fully fulfilled and then charge me for whatever was missing in my prescriptions ... won’t be coming back here. The worst service, and the representatives who work in the pharmacy are so very unfriendly towards the patient picking up the prescription.

Pharmacy staff is very rude and does not like to answer your questions over the phone. Was extremely disappointed when getting hung up on multiple times and even more disappointed when I had to walk there to get questions answered because my husband had the car. The staff has not gotten any better as I am posting an edit on 02/02/2023.

Check the medicine before you get home. They asked me for my name, address and my identification, my identification has two last names and they still gave me the medicine or dispensed the medicine with someone else's information, I had to take the medicine before a procedure and because of this mistake I could not take the medicine and not complete the procedure. Be very careful with this.

Horrible service. Staff not caring at all.
