The UPS Store

So I was extremely happy that they opened up a ups store near my home. I didn't like going to the one in Champions Gate. And when I was walking in, the employee opened the door for me and greeted me as well. I was a breath of fresh air having that type of customer service. Even though they were busy, they acknowledged me and took care of my return package quickly. I was very satisfied with the service. And now I have my goto ups store!!!!! A+++++++ service.

This is a wonderful UPS store! Everyone is kind, friendly and helpful. They are very knowledgeable and efficient. I had my hands full and when an employee saw me they came and opened and held the door! I am grateful to have such a great addition to the Loughman Crossing shops.

The attendant answered all my questions, helped me connect to the store's Wi-Fi and printed my label, always with great politeness and kindness.
The manager also treated me very well and processed the return very quickly.

Outstanding Customer Service. They are highly professsional and corteous. Great options available to ship pretty much everything. They have the shipping supplies available if you need to purchase any. They also have a notary on staff if you need to get any documents notarized.
And yes, so convenient to drop Amazon returns here. :)

I came here to get some documents notarized and the associate was very friendly and professional! She ensured everything was correct and notarized my documents for me. I will definitely be coming back to this location to use their services in the future!

I previously had a bad experience with a UPS store in Davenport where my product got lost, so I went in to this store with a USPS drop off and they reassured and helped me with information on when the USPS trucks usually pick up their products and that I could come back to check if it has been picked up, they were very helpful and it was refreshing.

upon entering the establishment, I was acknowledged and greeted. I waited less than one minute to be helped. The person at the counter was knowledgeable and super friendly.

This store goes above and beyond. Great attitude and amazing service. Highly recommended.
