Great staff, I can only say that all of them are great. But (and I don’t know his name) he looks Hawaiian, is always great to help. But seriously they’re all great. Customer service is super important to me and I have trained my employees at my design agency and or retail store the importance of the lost art form of customer service.

Ordering online was a breeze then I was contacted by the shop to confirm my order and then bam 15 min later the delivery was made. The delivery driver was really friendly and nice. I recommend down under all day.

We usually order online but have come to Down Under in the past. I stopped in today and Elijah was super helpful and educated on advice which was something you don’t get with online orders. I’ll probably be stopping in here more now because of that.

The delivery went well!! I got my order in under an hour and they even called just to confirm what I had purchased. When the delivery person showed up she was so nice and friendly and we had a nice chat. Great way to start the day

I’ve been to DUI quite a few times and I can definitely say the quality and available selection are fantastic. The bud tenders are all super nice and when I go I usually see Elijah. This guy is super personable, extremely knowledgeable and a disc golfer. What more could you ask? In my humble opinion, DUI is the best dispo in Sonoma County. Rock n roll and smoke a bowl, homies 🤙🏼

Serena was really great at completing my order and making me feel taken care of ( I am an introvert who usually gets nervous around people ). Plus she has an award winning smile that’s just contagious.
