Nike Factory Store - Petaluma

Great place to find Nike shoes. But wish there was a bigger selection. There is a lot of clothing and other non-shoes related stuff. Still can't find the Nike shoes I'm looking for, so onto the internet I keep going on this hunt! It seems most shoes feel like cardboard these days! Junk! I want my AMAZING Nikes back! The kind of quality I had like 10 years ago. What happened? Nice staff here and easy free parking out front.

Well stocked Nike outlet store. Helpful but discreet staff. I went shopping for running gear and got a ultra light Nike free run. I'm very happy with them.

Great customer service by sales rep Nicholas and Kevin at the register. Amazing prices on running shoes. Bought comfortable pair for my husband and I for about $130 altogether. They also had 30% off on all clearance items. Definitely going back.

For the past 6 years, I have been going to this shop at least once a week for work reasons. This store has always been a very ordinary store, until the arrival of the manager David, he changed everything in this store, and now there are more and more young staff in this store, they are all very proactive and friendly, David did lot of hard work in training the staff, in my eyes this store is now the best of the 7 Nike factory stores in the Bay Area, congratulations to my friend David. I would say you are an outstanding team leader

I have been to almost all California Nike Outlets and the Petaluma store is my favorite. Nice store, nice staff.

Xavier at the Nike Outlet in Petaluma is a top notch professional! He's super knowledgeable, friendly, and detailed. He went above and beyond to check inventory in the back on multiple occasions to ensure that got exactly what I wanted.

This place is amazing! I love how it’s a 15-20 min drive from SSU. Travis M. And Eli F. provided exceptional customer service. Travis helped me find a shoe that was in my budget, (i’m a college student). Eli was the cashier and was very personable/friendly. They also helped me download the app, was very patient, so I can receive a coupon. Highly recommend this place! The shoes I bought were amazing, comfortable, affordable, and fashionable!

They are able to look up past purchases if your a nike member. If your not a nike member, wait to sign up in store & you'll receive a 15% discount coupon. Woo hoo!

Nike already had a great sale & when I got an extra 15% by downloading & using the app, I bought a bit more 😄. The staff are very helpful and not pushy.

This place always has great deals on excellent performance wear. I got some running gear that was below 10 bucks for adult men - awesome deals! The staff seems overly staffed but it makes it very easy to get assistance which was a huge plus. Some individuals on their team were in the way of some items I wanted to view and seemed intent on not moving which seemed odd but I dont think it impacts mt overall experience. Nike delivers. I wish more of their shoes were on sale and not sure where their skateboarding line of shoes went. The Stefan Janoski shoes were a great casual shoe - bring those back!

Great store they usually have more of me size but the last time I went they were a little bare but nonetheless the store is very upkept and clean and the employees there really are nice and you can tell they love their job also they are quick to ask if you have any questions or comments which is good
