Michael’s is good when you know what you are going in to get. Otherwise you end up getting crafts, brushes, necklace making kits etc;

You can spend hours there. But I do appreciate this store.

Got my clearance sale buys today and I'm so happy they have a great selection of affordable art supplies!! I have to admit, I go to a lot of different art stores and this one always has coupons and great deals for any day kind of art day!

I find all my seasonal stuff here at a great price!

Michael's is a bit pricey but if you know how to use all the discounts and coupons on things you need, you will get a good bargain. I love that they have all types of crafts, decorations and the classes for the kids. The classes are available on Saturday's and weekdays and they have more available during the summer.

The employees are always super nice and helpful and it's a very clean well stocked store

Lots of wonderful craft items! Prices are also good as well. Lots of helpful staff. People you find working on the floor are very knowledgeable. Sometimes the newest people work at the register and in an effort to be helpful try to find someone who can answer questions and it holds up the line when they are busy. So better to leave them just ck people out.

Everything is in its proper place. Lots of great deals & fun to shop around.

On entry asked floor clerk location of items I wanted. She gave me row#s.
I found them. In one row, I was having trouble locating an item. The clerk happened to walk by and showed me where the item was. Check went quickly. The store wasn't too crowded (Other times when it crowed, check out can be slow.)

I wish I could have $1,000 to go nuts here. 🤪

Really amazing staff at this location when it's not busyb sand they have time to help. This location is also always very well stocked compared to some other locations. Very glad I live between two stores equality and can go back and forth between the two.

I love Michaels. I always find items for my son's school projects. But they offer so much more and the prices are reasonable. I always forget, but it's a great place to buy gifts for kids. They have a huge "sale" area with lots to pick from.

I hadn't been to a Michael's store in about a year and was pleasantly surprised during a recent visit. The Petaluma store is very well lit and the aisles were super well organized. Plenty of staff were in store to help out and we found everything we we're looking for. Our cashier was awesome as well: super friendly, she had a nice chat with my young children and definitely made them feel special. Absolutely looking forward to coming back to the Petaluma Michael's store again soon!

Michael's isnt as abundant as say hobby lobby. It is organized, great prices, and relaxing. Not real busy, relaxed environment. Unfortunately comfortable shopping for the consumer usually leads to a business eventually closing their doors.

I go to a lot of Michael's in the bay area and always seem to have the best luck with stock at this store. The employees are all helpful, friendly, and fast. Compared to other bay area stores, the lines are always short and it's easy to get in and out of. I love Petaluma Michael's!

It's got just about everything you could think of for crafts! Plus it's clean and the staff is great 😊 I often go here for some necessity and I end up spending way more time an money than I meant to. Always a fun time at Michael's! Plus every restaurant in this center is awesone so the location is a bonus!

Their inventory was excellent, the store was clean and organized. Much better than the Santa Rosa store. However, Michael's has raised their prices so much that I'm going to try different outlets.

if you have any craft needs if you have any fine art needs and if you have any fine art to get frame the boy in the back handles his business right he knows what's going on you know it was popping off and everybody in the front they even help you out to say he was this here's that take this take that it's beautiful that's what you need from the whole joint and that's why I come here for everything thank you so much
