Kohl's

The last time I came to purchase at Kohl's I needed to make several transactions. Daniel was the cashier he handled everything quickly and correctly. When I told him he was doing a great job, he said: "I am here to serve you." And gave me a beautiful smile. These are the people that makes you come back to the store because they are helpful and nice.

It was raining and the staff were helpful, to remind me of the the slippery floors. Assistance w finding my items, not rushed. Check out was friendly and efficient. Made my day brighter. ❤ was the message of the visit.

Natalie was incredibly friendly during check out, she promptly greeted me and maintained her composure and customer service mindset even when she was interrupted by another customer looking for help. She politely handled the whole situation with the utmost professionalism.

Great selection, fair pricing with multiple coupons. Then a customer friendly return policy!
Very helpful employees! The lines are a bit long but move fast. DON’T COMPLAIN!…just realize there is a shortage of retail workers everywhere. Please relaxe, smile & appreciate good people on their feet all day, handling various issues and challenging customers!

I was looking for women's boots for a wedding. I found a pair and approached Jackie about checking on a sale price for this item. She asked if I had a Kohl's credit card, which I don't. She opened an account for me, and 35% off was the bonus!! I am so happy!!

I don't shop at Kohls frequently... However, I had an Amazon shipment to return. I was greeted at the door by a really nice group, they directed me where to go for my return. The lady at the Amazon return desk was super quick and friendly and then gave me a coupon for 25% off. It was like I just won the lottery! At check out, another amazing customer service experience. Everyone was so friendly. Also, since this review is being posted during the pandemic, please note that they have hand sanitizer stations everywhere, and followed all safety guidelines.

Kohl's is now accepting Amazon returns. That is very helpful. I have not been at Kohl's in quite a while. Customer service was wonderful. I did look around a bit after I return my Amazon purchase. It seems that Kohl's has a lot of great deals on a wide variety of products.

Went in to buy a purse and found four pairs of pants and the cutest pair of shorts for $35 after all the discounts. What a steal. there were even offering an extra 25% off if you open up a Kohl's credit card

I absolutely love their deals! I think this has got to be one of the best places to shop in store and online. I love the opportunity to earn Kohl's cash by shopping and you can stack that on top of coupons (one percentage, 15% being the minimum) how can you top that. Top brands and GREAT quality is there. I 💓 this place. They also cater to the customers. They're motto is Yes We can!

The people working at Kohl's were so helpful. It's nice to know that people still care about their jobs and how they treat people. I got a king size mattress pad. I love it!
