The morning staff is the absolute BEST! They are so friendly and welcoming, the store is always clean under their watch, and they are fast. VASTLY different than the night shift at this location

Ive always found the staff to be friendly and its a 7 11 not sure why people expect it to be completely sanitary. git yo snack fix here no problem.

I love the family that works there in the morning and the afternoon and the people they have working at night are splendid always so cheery always so nice and helpful always make me feel very welcome when I go there

7-eleven is going to make Little Cesar's go out of business with its 5.55 pizza. It's so good.

The employees are much nicer👍😃 than the ones 5 years ago. They used to have some Hindi or Muslims working there that were just hateful. Now they have people with manners👍🙋‍♀ so I started using this 7-11 again. Had stopped going for almost 10 years because of the rudeness. Don't care if the store is a bit run down... if the clerks are polite I will continue to be a customer.

There's a guy that works there on Sundays. He always helps me, no matter what I need.

Typical store. They have a fair amount of beggars that hang around in the parking lot. Other than that they are good for all he junk food we are used too.

ATM was out of cash. Not that convenient

First of all, I have never had such great service before, every time I come hear the workers are rude and not helpful. This worker is by far the best one I have ever meet at this 711 but they weren't properly trained to handle the food. This review would be 1 star if the worker wasn't so nice and helpful. I have been coming here forever, forever. I came in today and the person prepared my food without gloves and without washing there hands. I saw them touch there computer and multiple customers items and then touch my food multiple times. It was so busy there was no way I was going to say anything to the person behind the counter. I had to just throw my food out. The line was insainly long, the worker was alone in the store with no one to help them. I have never been fond of this specific store but go to it 3 to 4 times a week because it's on my way home. I'm glad to see new and tremendously helpful staff but 711 please properly train your employees, especially before you leave them alone on a very busy day. I'm sure the owner wont even comment on the issue and just send me a link for a review.

I come here about 4 days a week to get my coffee. Staff is ok, never really had an issue, However the staff was pretty rude to me the other day. Needless to say I will be getting my coffee elsewhere. There's plenty of other establishment that offer the same products with better service.

No restroom!! 7 Eleven The above-referenced location sets you back to the STONE AGE. This owner has taped over all the restroom signs to say "employees only". When I asked the three employees yesterday if I could use their employee only restroom they said no we don't allow customers to use our restrooms. So this ex customer walked out.

They don't wear masks or require their customers to. Sonoma County has the fifth highest infection rate in the state. Businesses pulling this garbage are why.
