AT&T Store

My rep was 10/10. Great customer service, Knowledgeable about the product and my plan service. He was dealing with two customer at once, one my self and another family. He was very attentive to both clients. I believe his name was Steven

John was great. Made all the proper amendments, and helped me through the process of getting my phone up and running. Also showed me possible phones to get through trade in of my old one. Great experience overall.

The tech John was the most professional person i have ever dealt with. He went beyond to help me on 2 purchases one was for my very sick sister. He is why i only do business with AT&T and no one else.

They were so nice and helpful! Best experience I have had getting and setting up a new phone. Quick and easy. Highly recommend this location!

AT&T in Petaluma and Vallejo has the best representatives I have ever worked with at At&t. Exceptional customer service, very fast and knowledgeable employees. In and out, problem solved 15 - 20 min. Thank u AT&T for all u did for me and making my holiday weekend great.

Best experience EVER with John W at the N. McDowell location. I ordered a device from another store outside of Petaluma and had multiple issues. I was recommended to go see John for help and he did not disappoint! John resolved my issues in a matter of minutes.. he was professional, efficient, friendly and took great care of my needs. I highly recommend this location and will bring all my future business back to John.

Steven addressed my issue with my Apple Watch that neither technical support nor the AT&T store on S McDowell could solve. I’m very appreciative for his patience and professionalism. My experience was excellent and I could see that all it personal was knowledgeable and professional.

John and philip were both very friendly and professional and quick. My son was hyper the first visit I was working with John and he was very friendly and not bothered. Phillip was also very friendly and professional and informative

After dealing with an account issue for a year and multiple visits to other AT&T stores with no success, I visited the North McDowell store today for the first time and had the best experience. Phillip took the time to understand the complex issue and made sure it was absolutely resolved before helping us with our other needs. He was calm, professional and extremely polite. The store was clean, perfect temperature, and Phillip made sure our party of three all had a chair. Will definitely go back to this branch.

Thank you John for the excellent service! I went in to upgrade my iPhone got all my concerns and questions answered before committing and purchasing. John was very patient and gave a me a few specs/details to consider as I was trading in my old phone. I fully trusted what John recommended. Plus he hooked me up with some accessories (buy 2 get one free) I needed for my new iPhone (which came with my upgrading my mobile plan). Luckily on a Friday afternoon the store wasn't too busy, as the phone data transfer does take some time. What a great experience! This store should have a 5.0 rating. Thank you John and Philip for chatting with me, while I waited, about Rick and Morty and South Park. Pickle Rick!!!!!!

I was at the AT&T N McDowell store today. Philip was a ROCKSTAR!!! He was so kind, patient, knowledgeable and understanding. I use to conduct my business with a different store and was ALWAYS frustrated with their lack of service. I highly recommend Philip. He deserves a raise as he is a true key member of the AT&T team. Thank you Philip!

John and Jacob were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They got me the family deal adding an extra line with the best possible deal. I would recommend this store over the South McDowell store, as my experience with them was the complete opposite.

Today we visited this store with many questions on 2 different accounts. One issue was something we had been dealing with for over a year and no one could seem to figure it out, until Phillip helped us. He was so patient and worked through the issue methodically until step by step it was complete. This store is less chaotic and has better customer service than the other Petaluma location by far! We really appreciated his help with our aging father, with his co-workers and with us!

Had a favorable experience. Aiden was extremely helpful. He was incormative and put in extra effort to get me situated and educated as I went from apple to Samsung phone. Without him, the learning curve of iPhone to android would have been more difficult to understand. I perceived him as a proactive individual who is value driven and has a clear goal in mind to execute.

I'd recommend this location, but only 2 employees in the store and I believe it's walk-in only. May cause long waits depending on demand when you enter. Seems lots of places experiencing this since pandemic though...

Came in with some problems with my account. Jacob was very knowledgeable and knew what to do. If you come in ask for Jacob he is great! He got me a 80 $ dollar credit when the att agent only wanted to give me 30. He is awesome! Thanks
