AT&T Store

I came in to pick up my new phone and was immediately greeted and helped. My sales associates name was James. He is very helpful and to the point. I’m a restaurant mgr myself and I honestly can say AT and T has a keeper.thanks guys

From the time I walked in I was welcomed in a friendly manner. I said I have a new replacement phone to set up. With no hesitation my phone was properly setup and steps were explained during the process.

Ari was top-notch!! She took time out to make sure I was serviced with the upmost care. Very helpful and made the rather long experience to be a happy and fun one while getting phone accessories. Hire more like her!!!

Ari and her team are TOP NOTCH!! Ari took the time to go over the purchase of my tablet with me, which is a Christmas gift for my son. She is bubbly and full of love. Everyone there is so inviting every time I come in. You can tell they really care about their customers. 1000 OUT OF 10!!!!!!

Also just a couple days ago I dropped my phone at work and my SIM card malfunction Kristi was absolutely wonderful!! She was able to set me up with an eSim even though my SIM card slot on my phone was damaged. Misty was SO helpful as well. She put on cartoons for my 8 year old and was involved in helping other customers with genuine care. Kristi and Misti deserve raises and a 100 out of 10 I love the Pendleton Pike store and won't go anywhere else!!!!

My phone wouldn’t charge. I brought to the store. They cleaned it out for me and it worked perfectly. Everyone was nice and I was in and out!

I came in to the store because I had service issues that THREE other locations could not help me with. They didn’t help me in ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM. Within 15 minutes working with krice (the guy with reddish hair) I was able to get my phone issues taken care of AND was able to save money and get my airpod purchased. If you ever need help BIG IR SMALL krice is the guy to see.

I went from almost cancelling to now upgrading next week.

Kais was literally the best customer service representative I have ever experienced. I had an extremely bad experience with your mass ave store to the point that not only the customer representative hung up on me but the manager of that store was very rude and hung up on me as well. Kais gave me all the information I needed, in order to get my problem resolved but also helped me with every question I had. I highly recommend Kais to any and everybody.

Helped me make the switch from T-mobile and I'm happy with my switch. They were very helpful and nice .

I came in to the store today and worked with Kais. He was very knowledgeable and he took the time to research about a pacemaker so I wouldn't have any issues with purchasing a Samsung watch.

Ari went above and beyond today in helping me pick out a new phone and beautiful cover. She was very personable and made my time at AT&T a great and fun experience.

Michael did a terrific job helping with my replacement phone and recover my phone account being turned back on. I really appreciate is hard work and patience towards me GIVE HIM A RAISE!!!!!

Probably the best store I have been to for ATT. Got me set up right away and Kais is the friendliest man I have ever met. Great showing and I wholly recommend even my friends and family to come to this store.
