I absolutely love this location . The hugs at the door with customer service… the 25.00 for upgrading my 1,000 credit card up to 5,000 tyj All the way down to my flowers. My father loves his rolling tool chest. If you’re a new homeowner Home Depot and their staff will give you a peace of mind…Brandon and Amy Ryll is so knowledgeable and Tavoskiaia Bowman will actually listen to your needs and get you the best bargains and advice for a Home Depot credit line … I literally can’t wait to visit this store…. God bless all that enter and exit this store… such a blessing to get arcuate measurements Bryce even loaded my deep freezer into our truck… and ong I could go on about the team of young people that really truly are knowledgeable at such a young age the elders have instilled so much into them. Apply for a credit line you won’t believe what all they sale .Almost a one stop shop .

Well, stocked and friendly, knowledgeable, staff, hands-down, one of the best Home Depot locations that I have been to. Management is smooth and associates are knowledgeable in their areas.

Crystal went above and beyond to check us out at customer service ti make sure we got what we needed AND she even offered to make sure our military discount was added during our checkout. Love when people go the extra mile. Oh, she also helped us out the previous day too!

I needed to rent a small tiller. I was pleased when Home Depot offered several sizes at an incredibly low price. The associates were very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them and I will shop there for all of my future gardening needs.

Very friendly, helpful staff. We were there for about 15 minutes and no less than 5 employees asked if we needed help finding anything. They all seemed genuinely interested in helping too. Great store with great employees!

The Home Depot in Cincinnati Ohio is way better it's bigger has more room to move around and I like the fact that they've got more of a variety so when I go back home with me and my beautiful baby daughter my fiance we won't be getting flowers from the one down here in Indianapolis on Post Road we are going to go to the Home Depot in Cincinnati Ohio

The staff is always helpful and available. If someone doesn't know for sure, they will find someone else who does. Ordered some large/heavy items, recently, and the staff was great to help load everything up and even worked with us when we couldn't pick up, on time, due to rain.

I came in to purchase a special large garden tool that their website said was in stock in aisle 49. But the shelf spot empty, so I asked a nearby employee. She couldn't find it either. I went upfront to customer service, who contacted the department leader. When she couldn't find it on the shelves way up high near the ceiling, she went to the stockroom in the back of the store. 10 minutes later, she found what I wanted, unpacked it, and brought the special item to me. I was happy, and thankful that the friendly staff all gave me fabulous customer service!

This review applies only to customer service provided by Kameron. She is the only employee I have dealt with regarding a shipment delay that acts like she cares. She handled original order professionally. Delivery continues to be a nightmare.

Ladies (who have been there over a year) in the Paint department Rock.

My husband was.looking for a specific tool so I wandered off to the garden center. I was looking at plants for a friend (she wanted a specific one). The variety was nice and the plants very healthy.

Very helpful when I purchased a toliet with install. The only problem I had was getting them to call me took a week and then I had to go in and speak to management in order for them to call and set up an appointment to install the toilet but as soon as he called they were here the next day great customer service

Jose effortlessly help me find the correct color of paint for my bathroom, he was very friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you for a great customer service experience.
