CVS

I previously wrote a review about the numerous problems that I had at this CVS. I think that it’s only fair that when there are improvements, that an updated review is submitted. I have to say that something has changed for the better at this CVS. The staff is now friendly and seems to be focused on customer service. I just had to call the pharmacy because of an issue with one of my prescriptions and they answered the phone in a very timely manner. The pharmacist helped me quickly and with a very positive attitude. I am very happy to say that this is now a pharmacy that I enjoy doing business with. Good job CVS, you heard our concerns and addressed them!

There's hardly a line at night time when I go later at night. The people were always nice and friendly. They're helpful. They handle everything and quick easy in and out and it takes care of everything I need

As an Uber Eats driver that does shop & and pay, it's important to shop efficiently and quickly and the workers here were very helpful and my shopping experience was fast & pleasant.

I use this pharmacy and have for years. Kati F the pharmacist is the most efficient, knowledgeable and kind person there is. She works as a pharmacist at one of the BUSIEST pharmacies in Indianapolis and downtown for that and still maintains a pleasant and patient demeanor. She is quick, accurate and extremely helpful. 10/10 recommend.

Store staff helped me to figure out an issue and they couldn't have been kinder. They went above and beyond to help me get to a resolution. On top of that, the store is clean and well stocked. I recommend!!!

Its good at times there so bessy . There's always someone new in the store . You never no who's in there . I guess there students learning how . To be drugest .are just working.

Very clean, Stocked, and well staffed. Employees were friendly and knowledgeable. I also observed a am employee not only greeted me, but at that particular moment they were also monitoring what appeared to be a potential shoplifter, with compete discretion. Being careful as to not to deter that person from what they had planned so they when that person actually tried to leave, the employee could accurately accuse and stop the customer from actually getting away with stealing the items. Ultimately, the employee halted a loss on company revenue and did not wrongfully, nor falsely accuse the patron, possibly avoiding a lawsuit.

Very perfect pharmacy and respectful and helpful staff, they work hard and quickly. Thanks Mr, John kou for help me. I recommend them

Never had any issues here. I've scheduled visits at the clinic, bought prescriptions, I use self check. Any staff I've interacted with were helpful. It is in an area where people are homeless but, it hasn't affected my visits there.

Christian was the best pharmacist my family has ever had the pleasure of meeting. He was incredibly kind, knowledgeable and helpful when we asked all of our questions for our dad's medication.

Avery helped me with a Covid test this morning; the instructions were super clear, I got in 3 minutes early, and left in under 3 minutes. Avery was a shining light of a person, and I’m incredibly grateful for our interaction today.

i really enjoy ms ebonie in the pharmacy. she is ALWAYS with positive energy and exceptional customer service. i dont even mind when im having script issues because she always makes me smile!

I never got a link to a survey from my receipt so I’ll leave one here! Fred was so helpful to me. The size of the items I was looking was oos, but he still gave me the extra bucks one the smaller size. Made my day!! Thanks so much!!

Pharmacy area was great, I'm 300 miles from home and rather than having me wait for me fill for 30 minutes, the pharmacist filled in less than 10 and got me on my way. Thanks again!

Store was clean, opportunity to get basic health checks completed. Pharmacy, and the money gram was operating. Those prices are a little high.

24 hour pharmacy- filled and picked up my prescription writhing 20 minutes. Fast and friendly!
