I had a great experience. I walked in knowing what I wanted to look at. I had my freezer picked out after looking online. I added a fridge and was out the door in 15 minutes. It was a very easy process.

I came in for new appliances and was welcomed by Ms. Bacy who was beyond helpful and made my experience so pleasant. She kept me informed on products and never made me feel pressured to make a quick decision. She let me take my time and was great at explaining documentation and numbers as well as details about the appliances I purchased. I left feeling so thankful with a smile on my face! 😊

I've been needing a new washer dryer in fridge for many years now. My fridge is older than my daughter and probably is almost as old as I am. We walked in today was greeted by a gentleman, he was able to point me in the right direction and got me approved for a new washer dryer and fridge that will be delivered in 5 days. I'm super stoked!!! The thing I like about the fridge is you knock on it and it turns on the light and you can see through the glass. I'm a dork, I know this already lol.

Jasmine Alfred is amazing! Best customer service I have had in a long time. There were issues with my online order. And she was at my service pretty much 24/7 helping me get through the confusion and quickly fixed the order issue for me to be able to pick up. She also helped me out with financing through them which was financially better than the quote I was given in the first place applying by myself. Thank you jasmine your awesome!!

Went to cons for a new TV ended up getting a better tv then expected, and a new king bed thanks to Erika she was amazing top notch if you’re looking for anything from electronics,Beds, or house furniture go check this place out and ask for Erika

Jasmine got me set up, didn't even have to go into the store. She was extremely helpful. Got my new stuff today and it's exactly how she described it. Wish I would of gotten an counter top ice maker, but I will get that for the wife's birthday.

Came home with a new 85" Samsung lef TV today. Erika helped us out with ease and was helpful from the time we walked in the door until the time we walked out. 10 of 10 for customer service and promptly making sure things went smoothly. Will be back to shop in the future!
