Simple and easy process. Eric was great to work with! No pressure and communicated really well for about a week until I was able to get over to the dealership and make the purchase. Great guy and would highly recommend working with him if you go to Friendly Ford.

Great service,variety of cars and colors you want in any vehicle! But mostly shout-out to ms Debbie, amazing lady literally made me feel like one of her own children. She was there step by step help me understand everything that was going, especially being my first time buying a car without a family member. I’ve never seen such a devoted, strong, passionate lady like her! Much love towards her forever and I’ll definitely be back soon. ( she even help name my truck and made sure I got a shirt, hat, etc. Preciate ya Rick!)

Jose, Lucio, Nick, and Ulisses were all fantastic. Jose and Lucio worked with me to get the deal I wanted in a timely manner. Nick answered every question I had about accessories and the Whipple supercharger kits. Ulisses took good care of me in the finance department and made the paperwork process a breeze. No pressure and laid back! This is my second vehicle from Friendly Ford/Jose and I will be back!

I had the pleasure of working with the saleswoman Debbie and she was phenomenal. I found a car I liked via the Capital One app since we were preapproved with them and I scheduled an appointment to have my current vehicle at the time appraise for a trade-in Kodi set up my appointment, and was so easy to talk to when I arrived by myself to the dealership I was introduced to Miss Debbie, who had a smile on her face and was very friendly, I informed them I had already had the car appraised at another dealership and I already knew I was upside down on the car. I explained to Debbie that I just wanted to look at the vehicles I pre-selected because I knew the amount I had to be in to be able to put the negative equity on top of the loan she did not try to upsell me. She showed me the vehicle that were available on my list. We did our test drive and they ran Our application to finalize through Capital One. Capital one came back, asking for a lot down, which was unexpected. Rick and financing worked his magic and brought it down to much more Reasonable number. We then worked with Ulysses in financing, who was also amazing. I left The dealership in a brand new 2024 Explorer and could t be happier!!

I had to get my card fixed and was really worried about being without a car due to me being new in the area. Not only was I greeted immediately and helped. After speaking with Martin, he was extremely helpful! He was able to get me a loaner, so I wouldn’t be without reliable transportation and my car only took two days to fix. I’d highly recommend and now I have a ford service provider that can trust.

I've been searching for weeks and had many issues until I went to Ford of Crosby. Dwayne aka DeBo was amazing. He helped me pick out the best car for what I was looking for to fit my needs and personality. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He even was patient when we waited for my husband to show up. He made the process so easy. Then Billy helped with the finance side and it was easy and simple. He made sure I knew exactly how the process worked. I love my new car. It's exactly what I was looking for. Will definitely be going back to see these two when we purchase the husband's truck. Recommend them to all. Great atmosphere and you don't get the pushy car salesman feel.

I want to thank sales associate Mr. Charles Reed and the staff at Friendly Ford for helping me purchase my second Mustang GT from your dealership. We arrive to the dealership at 10 AM and out at 12PM, right at 2 hours I was able to drive away in my 2022 Mustang GT. I have been with my parents on several car deals and by far this was probably the quickest and easiest.

I was not the purchaser. However, the person I went with to purchase a vehicle got a great deal. They were very friendly and lived up to their name. The whole process only took a couple of hours. I was very impressed!
