Just had a pleasant experience at this location! I was promptly greeted by Joshua who recommended a product to me. He offered to carry the 40lb bag to the cashier and to my car as well. His kindness and professionalism were a breath of fresh air ☺

This is my go to store for most of my animals needs. I do curbside and have never had a problem other than some products are out of stock. Very friendly service and the store is well run. Always a pleasure to shop here.

Hands down best experience I've ever had while buying dog food!! Everyone was so helpful and a man even refused to allow me to load the 52 lbs bag I bought alone!! Definitely will be back soon!!

I just wanted to tell you about my experience. I ordered 4 truck boxes and had them shipped to the store. I drove across town to pick them up. Kayla was the person that helped me. When She brought them out it was noticed that one of them was damaged beyond use.This should have been caught by the shipping and receiving team before I was contacted to come pick them up. Instead of making me return it and order a new one, This would be financial burden to me as I would have to out lay more money and wait for my money to be refunded to my card. Then wait for another one to be shipped. She leaped into action and found me an in store replacement. She's Awesome. This is how customer service should work. If you want good service. ask for Kayla when you go in!!!

I have been to several other Tractor Supplys, but this one had the best service! We were asked several times if we needed help or assistance. When my husband finally found what he had in mind, there were not any price tags on it nor the shelf. I took the item up front, where the cashier had a line so I saw someone behind a shelf. I did not realize she was literally behind it and trying to move it. I had started to speak then realized what she was doing and apologized for bothering her then went to find someone else. She called me and asked what I needed, and thinking she would call someone to help me I told her. She put down what she was doing and started scanning the items. There was a young man in the pet area and I had questions about flea treatments. He had the answers. What I bought is amazing!!

Yesterday I took my kids to TSC to get food for our pets. My daughter just turned 4 Monday, so naturally she's been telling everyone that it was her birthday. The lady at the check out had on a sign that said it's my birthday, and money clipped to it that apparently was from customers. When my daughter told her it was her birthday Monday she took a dollar off and gave it to my daughter. It made her entire day!!! She's still talking about it! What an amazing employee to represent your store! Customer service was outstanding! Thank you!

Best place to get Taste of the Wild dog food. Ive never had a bad experience at any of the stores. They always accept my GSD and me. No questions asked. Great environment for pet care and trailer parts when I need them.

Okay, where do I start? The team at this location are absolutely amazing! We had a very large order that needed to be placed for our business, and the manager April (and Hunter) went above and beyond to get us the product that we needed in a short amount of time. Highly recommend shopping at the Baytown location! Thank yall so much for everything!

I had been checking every where for mens coveralls and they had just what I was looking for and a variety of sizes for an unbeatable price. Cashier was very friendly. Will be back and will tell all my husbands coworkers to go there.

Easy in-out, prices are good, have what I need for 7 dogs, 2 peacocks (more soon, I hope), 10 chickens, and the front bibs always have something that I did not know I had to have it. Also bought some tee-shirts today at J.C. Penny's clearance price.

They seem to always have a small section of Clearance items for sale. I always have to stop by that section before I leave the store to see if there are any good deals I can't pass up.

Always fun to play at tractor supply.....errrhmm. I mean, it is nice to go to a store that has a wide variety of tools and great customer service. Completely professional visit that I found satisfying and bought the items I needed and found a few deals that I couldn't walk away from.

I love Tractor Supply so much. I just don’t understand why they haven’t built one in my hometown, Pasadena, Texas. I would definitely be a frequent shopper. Fast and friendly service, you can’t beat it. I love it!!!!

I love this tractor supply store. The employees are helpful and knowledgeable. The manager goes out of her way to make sure the customer is satisfied. I don't mind making that drive even though I have another tractor supply closer to me.

Went to the Petvet to get shots for my dogs. Very well organized, great service. Got a great deal on a couple of blouses.
