We found what we needed, the staffs were helpful and friendly, nice store.

Very clean and organized, need more sales associates. GREAT products. A little pricey.

We were looking for a specific brand and style shoe for my father in law. He recently had a hip injury and needed nice looking shoes he could slip on. We couldn’t find the size we needed, even in an alternate color. We were greeted by Maria in the shoe department. She mentioned they show a pair in stock. She left for a few minutes and returned with the exact pair we needed. She offered add on items and let us know the benefits of using an Academy card. We were prepared to use an Academy card. She was very nice and helpful. I assumed I would be loan off when I asked for something that wasn’t In plain sight on the sales floor. She definitely exceeded my expectations. Maria is a valuable player on your team. We will definitely come back to see her.

What can you say about Academy fishing hunting camping everything you need and a very clean place and nice people that work there the best always willing to help can't find that in many places now days

If you can’t find something at academy related to sports and outdoors you are not looking very hard. They have a good selection of work boots and clothes. The hunting clothes is also a varied selection.

This Academy is huge and has a large variety of items in stock. What I couldn’t find at any other Academy I found at this location.

In North Shore did not have the shoes i wanted. Travel to Baytown and got me a pair of NB

From what I can remember, the staff were super helpful when trying to find Dance shoes for my younger sibling.

Love the friendly staff! I left without finding what i came for but my son left with a great big smile on his face when the door greeter gave my son stickers and put them on his shirt on our way out!

We always go there for fishing supplies and other sporting good. I did some Christmas shopping for my sons. We got some shirts and a sweat shirt. The clothes are good quality and hold up well.

The staff was friendly, and the area was well kept in sporting goods.

I recently went and purchased a Gun from there and I have to say Robert the guy that attended me was just excellent, he was friendly and very helpful,. Gave me tips on how to clean gun, I just wanted to give a shout out and let the Store Manager know this kind of crew members are hard to come by. P.S. read a lot of comments on the Gun Section that they are slow I Agree it can go faster but they have to do back ground checks, attend the customer and see if that's what they want explain the rules so quite Honestly if you cant be patient and wait then maybe you shouldn't be in line to buy a gun that can hurt someone because your impatient.

The merchandise in store are awesome. Hard to walk out without purchasing something.
