Oh my goodness gracious me, let me tell you about the jalapeño, cream cheese boudin ball that has forever changed my life! It was like a flavor explosion in my mouth, a party for my taste buds, a symphony for my tongue! I felt like I was on a culinary adventure, a journey through the depths of flavor and texture.

As I took my first bite, the crunch of the outer layer gave way to the soft, creamy center that was filled with the spicy goodness of jalapeño and cream cheese. It was like a warm hug from an old friend, a comforting sensation that enveloped my entire being.

And let me not forget about the pepper jack and jalapeño boudin ball, which was equally as incredible. The spicy kick of the jalapeño mixed with the creamy goodness of the cheese was a match made in heaven. It was like a culinary masterpiece, a work of art that I will forever cherish.

I have to say, these boudin balls have changed my life. I can't imagine going back to a world without them. They are a must-try for everyone, a culinary experience that cannot be missed. Trust me, your taste buds will thank you.

Gotta brag on this gem… their boudin balls are amazing!! So are their boudin links. Meat pie, gumbo …. All is very tasty, and goood!!! Cute little shop filled with treasures. They have frozen products and refrigerated products for you to purchase and enjoy at home. Or you can order and dine in. Drive through too. A must try for anyone that like Louisiana good

We got the boneless spinach stuffed chicken and it was the most delicious chicken I've ever had! It is a must try. It would be nice if it came with cooking instructions though. And my husband is obsessed with the fried ribs 🤤

Love me some of their cracklings, both pork and chicken. I like all of the sausages that I've had out of there. And their boudin balls off the steam table or a good snack.

Tried this place for the first time and it was delicious. Was driving around and ran into this place to give it a try and did not regret it. One of the closest places to Louisiana style boudain and cracklins. They have chicken and pork cracklins and both were delicious. Will try more food this week as when I went in the first time was before closing and they had sold out most of everything. Do not wait till the last minute for some good food!!!

These guys are selling different types of boudin but most importantly they have crawfish boudin and crawfish pies.

The cracklins, boudin balls, and crawfish pie are all really good. And we get the gumbo for family get-togethers.

Stopped in on my way to the bolivar peninsula. All I can say is it was my first time having chicken cracklin and it was delicious!!!!! Now every time i'm going down, I 10. I'm going to make it my business to stop in and purchase some more items🤗🤗😋😋😋

The smoked Boudin is amazing. Nice and spicy. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Well worth going out of your way to get authentic Cajun food.

Crawfish patty? (Like a beef patty) but this is soft with fresh and creamy crawfish meat in the middle! The Boudin balls are better here than in Louisiana! They are STOCKED UP with OUTSTANDING deliciousness, vacuum packed to take home too! I don’t know why I am still typing. I’m going back in right now to get more! Take the detour. You will be so happy you did!

Awesome store with a huge variety of cajun cookout supplies, meats, and sides! Preseasoned, precooked, uncooked, everything! It's all so good! Don't forget to grab some hot boudin balls, Cajun wraps, meat pies and cracklin's!

I was driving East on I-10 thinking about when I was going to make my next batch of Boudin. I looked up and wow I saw your Billboard. I'm glad I took the exit to check it out. Best Boudin I've had in a long while. Still working on perfecting mine. Loved the store. Could have spent a hour looking at all the products. Keep up the good work.

I called ahead to ensure they would have the items I needed. They were friendly, informative. Great food. Great variety and selection. A bit on the pricey side but with today's inflation they aren't out of the ordinary. It's a nice place and I will go again. Delicious and fresh food. You can also buy frozen meats to take home.

Aayyyyeeeee!!!! The fried ribs are worth the drive!!! Bussin Bussin!!! The seasoning is AMAZING!!! I can’t wait to go back for more. Cracklins weren’t too old and I went close to evening. Didn’t care for the flavor of the boudin balls…
