Stop & Shop

5 min to 9pm, called to let them know I went to the wrong branch and was running late. The customer service was excellent, I got my online order from Tim 9:03pm. Thank You for staying late and going the extra mile !

Well organized and lots of options to choose from. They produce department is sometimes missing the specific items I’m looking for, but overall is a clean grocery store. Good location, friendly staff

Thank you, THANK YOU too the pharmacist and tech! My prescription came in while they were at lunch.. I was waiting when they arrived back from lunch.. I told them, "I'm so sorry, I hate doing this...... how long will is take? I have THE WORST ear infection and I'm in so much pain." They got right on it and had me put the door in less than 10 minutes!! I appreciate it MORE THAN YOU'LL EVER KNOW!!

Shop from Home crew is always awesome and the Pharmacy has a great team as well

The staff is always very kind and helpful so I am leaving a good rating. Every time I go in here, I either can’t get what I’m looking for because ALL of it is expired OR I accidentally go home with something expired. I have a toddler and an eight year old. I don’t have the patience to go back and forth returning things or driving to other grocery stores.

Store was spotless. Lady in seafood went above and beyond. Cashier was extremely efficient and friendly. Spoke to one store Mgr. Great experience. Had not shopped stop and shop in awhile. I will be back

Our favorite Stop and Shop around. Modern, large, and well-staffed. Rarely any lines. Bonus gas station outside to spend points. Love it.

Always fresh produce, bread and all the usual food staples.

The employees are very respectful, the store is incredibly clean and organized, and the food prep + bakery work doesn't leave you wanting. In all honesty, this is my personal favorite Stop & Shop in the New Haven area.

This is a good clean stop and shop. Christine in the deli department. Dropped everything she was doing just to make my husband a sandwich from the chicken salad she was putting to out on the line. Tyler one of the cashier s is such a nice guy, look for him when your checking out. This stop and shop has a salad bar, deli, I can't recall if they had the bakery but they did have baked goods. Their flowers were fresh and beautiful.

I have been shopping more often here instead of Shop Rite.
I like that u sanitize your carts & prices are very reasonable. I picked up 2 pkgs of chick

Arrived at 730pm to get a few groceries. The store was not crowded and the shelves for the most part were well stocked. If you're looking to stock up on two weeks of food you will not be disappointed.

Love this stop and shop it is the only one I shop at. Everyone is extremely nice and the redesign inside has made it more modern.

In and out quick. Have items needed. People pleasant and willing to help. Love the fruit specials they have had this summer. Fruit perfect and taste great. Sometimes buy one get one free.
