AT&T Store

Reps at the store worked hard and diligently for several hours trying to resolve my issue, no fault of theirs. They stayed on top of it. At the end of the day issue was resolved.

The manager Adam was very professional and knowledgeable. I had an issue with online return and he quickly was able to help me. On top of that, he provided me with return boxes that would be theft proof. Will always use this ATT store.

A shoutout to Kevin one of the managers at the location in Milford. Went in with an issue on one of our phones and rather than try to sell me on upgrading or buying a new one outright he looked up my plan and let me know that I had insurance in place that would take care of it. It's nice to see honesty and customer first service still exist

Julie Mappa was awesome she went above and beyond for me and I've recommend her to anyone looking to switch to AT&T and I work in a large industry with so many people

Kerry our assistant was AMAZING!!! Knowledgeable, SUPER NICE, and helpful. He was a delight to do business with and fun to talk to, to boot!! My daughter was getting an upgrade and wanted a certain color. Kerry told us it wasn’t in stock and would have to order it (my daughter was looking so forward to getting her new phone today) so she was really looking forward to getting it…he actually had the phone with him and surprised her!!!! Regret not coming here sooner. This store is always fast efficient with courteous employees.. Special thanks to Stephanie for getting my phone quickly transferred over with great customer service.. Ryan was also very helpful on initial phone contact prior to coming into the store.

We met with Ryan and he was absolutely amazing! He was very helpful in providing assistance in switching a line from Verizon (which was hell in itself). He was very patient, friendly and allowed us to stay a few minutes past closed until we were satisfied with our visit! Highly recommend Ryan and this location to everyone!

Kevin is amazing! I dont think Ive ever met someone with more knowledge and strategy for setting customers up with the best deals and lowering payments. I cant wait to go back and work with him again!

I was the first one in the store and everyone was so helpful. The sales person that helped me seemed to be fairly new but he went out of his way to find the right answers from other associates for any issue that he had. The whole experience took a little while longer but I knew he was fairly new so I did not mind. He was extremely helpful and an asset to the AT&T brand!

Jaymi P is the young man who took care of me today. I was there for a trade in. He is very kind and knowledgeable. He made sure to tell us what he was doing to our phones step by step. He also made sure to ask us if we had any questions before leaving the store with our phones. I give him 5 stars because overall he was amazing!

Kudos to sales consultant, Robert Campbell, at 1319 Boston Post Road Milford, Ct for excellent service. He was so knowledgeable. I came in with my 2 daughters to upgrade to IPhone 13 Pro phones. Robert was so informative and patient with us, as we changed our minds multiple times on phone covers and accessories. We all are thrilled with our new phones and all the data was completely transferred to our new phone. Thank you Robert

Stephanie is by far an asset to AT&T, she provided me with a worry free experience while assisting with the issues I was having. She is very patient , kind, and listens to the needs of customers. Make sure you ask for her when you go! I highly recommend her services. Thanks again..

Robert was an amazing help & very attentive to all of my needs. I didn't feel like he tried to upsell me or take advantage. I will continue to work with him for all of my wireless needs in the future

While at this store today I had the pleasure of being helped by Craig. He sat with me for over two hours setting up 2 phones while explaining everything and answering all questions, and making it the best he can. On top of that he’s a really cool guy and I enjoyed talking to him, I didn’t even realize how much time passed. I was shocked to see he wasn’t a manager because I felt like I was talking to one. I will be returning to this store anytime I need to go to at&t specifically because of this guy. I’m impressed

He was attentive, professional and just a really nice helpful guy. Best experience I ever had at AT&T, usually I walk out aggravated - not this time!!!

Ryan and Matt have helped my husband and I a few times and they’re always a pleasure to work with! They both got us great deals on phones and watches. By far the best ATT store I’ve been to and unfortunately I’ve been to quite a few!

Kevin, Adam and Rob were super helpful with transferring my husband over to the firstnet account and upgrading myself to a new iPhone! Their customer service skills were impeccable and we will definitely be sending friends and family to ask for anyone one of them in the future.

Kerry assisted us with setting up a new phone and transferring data from two older phones. He was superbly patient and very knowledgable. He was exceptional all around.

Our representative, Craig, was fantastic!! He was friendly, knowledgeable & went the extra mile to ensure we received the best possible deal and the best possible service. We’ve been with AT&T for a long time. This was by far the easiest phone upgrade we’ve ever done.

AT&T and I have a bad love-hate relationship. I have non-stop issues with my bills being too high or not having things accurately reflected on my account. I am constantly having to go back and forth with the company. Thankfully the store manager, Mohamed, has been very helpful with trying to have things resolved that are even out of his hands. He is very personable and helpful in the aspect of trying to do what he can to accommodate me while we wait for answers from the correct department. He and his staff are very welcoming and go the extra mile to make each stop to the store not completely dreadful given the never ending issues I have with the company itself. Hence the reason why I only go back to this location to resolve any issues or purchase each of my new phones . Great team overall at this store from what I have experienced that is clearly guided by great and supportive management.
