Rachel is extremely friendly and helpful. It is clear she is passionate about her mission and her business. I’m excited to have a zero waste store in town with such great products. I was able to score some Castile soap, all purpose cleaner, “unbleach”, facial toner, Epsom salts, a lotion bar, and a detox bar during my trip here. I feel great knowing that no plastic was used for my goods!
If you forget your containers, Sunella Co. has awesome jars available for purchase and FREE jars donated by the public in the “community shelf”. This is a great way to further sustainability! Thanks for an awesome first visit.

Adorable store. Prices are very reasonable and products are good. The laundry sheets work amazing and smell great using NO plastic. The service is good too. This place is worth checking out.

Cute and clean shop with lots of awesome alternatives to plastic waste. The owner is always kind and nice to talk to. Loving the refill station, soap bars, hand soap cans, etc. They stock David's toothpaste which has been hard for me to find lately, so I'm super stoked about that! Once I'm out of all the stuff I have at home, I'll be transitioning to Sunella's items and refills. And I will be buying more gifts here as well. :)

I'm a repeat customer for the Fresh Linen laundry detergent. I tried a small amount in June, to see if it really cleans, smells good, and is cost-effective. It checks all those boxes, so I used up the rest of my legacy-brand jug of detergent, rinsed it well, and brought it to Sunella to fill up. I've been back several times, and continue to find it worthwhile. All summer, I washed 5 loads a week, using only Fresh Linen from Sunella. (I'd tried laundry sheets from a mail order company, but they didn't clean very well, so this is the best solution of know of now.)

Tip: I used a kitchen measuring cup to pour 1 oz, and 2 oz, of water into the measuring lid of the jug, and drew a line all around with a permanent marker. I use 2 oz for a load that's large or needs extra washing power, and 1 oz for a small load or one that's not very dirty. I wrote the amounts on the jug with my permanent marker so I don't have to look it up.

Sunella also has other appealing products, and I've sampled a few, and some would make good gifts. Worth stopping in to see. She has some free repurposed containers on hand, or you can purchase a very nice-looking one for not a lot of money.

When I heard this store opened in Carlisle, I knew I wanted to try it. I live a bit away so it's not within normal errands running distance and it took me a bit to get there. I wish I would have worked it in sooner. My household has already been trying to cut back on our plastics usage and use more environmentally friendly and health friendly products. One product we were using pretty loyally was 7th generation sensitive laundry detergent that was in a coated cardboard container. Still had a plastic lid though. The first product I tried from Sunella Co was the rosemary lavender scented laundry detergent. I almost went for the unscented, but it had been so long since i'd liked a scent in laundry detergent. I was drawn to it. I'm so happy I tried it. My clothes come out clean, my washer doesn't get that disgusting soapy muck build up anymore, and my clothes smell so nice. We use it in our efficient maytag washer without any issue.

A few tips if it's your first time visiting: Don't be afraid to ask any questions. The owner is super friendly and knowledgeable. If you plan to fill a large container, you can ask for help dumping rather than pumping the liquids in. There is a weighing system which I believe has gotten even easier since my last visit, so just ask if you're unsure.

We're also a fan of the beeswax wraps that the store sells. I'm so grateful to have a store like this nearby.

I have visited Rachels shop several times and have been pleased with every item I have purchased. It is very clean and organized and she is happy to explain any item you have questions about. Everything is affordable and would also make great gifts. I plan to be a frequent customer!

This place is absolutely amazing! The staff are absolutely wonderful and super nice! I purchased some dishwasher pods and I absolutely love them. They also had given me a free smudge stick which I thought was so beautiful.

Love the multi purpose spray and lavender hand soap. Both smell so good. I love Rachel’s passion and idea to bring your own bottles and mason jars in to refill your typical household cleaners and products in a sustainable way!

Love this cute sustainable store! I’ve tried their sun balm chapstick which stays on for a long time and really hydrates my lips. I also have their reusable car air freshener. You place essential oils on it and it lasts about a week with a few drops! I will definitely be back 😊
