Chili's Grill & Bar

This is our first time eating at the Chili's in Carlisle, and we are impressed. The atmosphere is upbeat and friendly. The service is excellent, and the food is delicious. My husband looked at me and said that this is the best meal he has eaten at a restaurant in a long time. That's saying a lot because we eat out often.
We ordered the dip trio to start. The guacamole is a perfect blend of avocado and tang and the other dips were great too. Next we ordered the Avocado Sirloin from the Guiltless Grill section. The steak was well seasoned and topped with salsa and avocado slices..The meat was juicy and hot.

First time visit. An enjoyable dinning experience. The food was good, fresh clean flavors. The portions were acceptable. The service was excellent and the atmosphere made for an overall enjoyable visit. Worthy.

I'm giving 5 stars bc of Sam. I have been in the restaurant industry for my entire life. He is an absolute gem. Honestly if we come back it's for him and the rest of the staff. The food was ok. My spicy margarita 10/10. The entire staff here was so warm and welcoming. The hostess and bartender also exceeded my expectations. The bartender personally delivered my drink bc Sam was busy training. I just hope the kitchen and corporate can get up to par. The quality and pricing of the food honestly I wasn't impressed. It was average. But the staff blew me away. Thank you for amazing service! You are the bomb ❤

The staff was very accommodating as I had asked for a well-lit table or by the window because I have low vision. Our server was so friendly and very knowledgeable about the menu. My husband had ribs and I had a classic sirloin with garlic butter and both of our meals were absolutely delicious!

Rae was an excellent waitress for the 4 of us last evening! Explained all the specials and answered food questions. Attentive during our meal as well! Food was excellent.

Great food. Rib, fries, fajitas and tenders. Great employees and specialty drink. Try the strawberry martini. At the time some kind of fertilizer caused a horrible smell in the neighborhood outside but once you enter the establishment the smell stays outside.

Great experience, burger was cooked perfect medium. The trio dip is amazing, the server was very attentive to have so many tables to handle.

Sam is INCREDIBLE!!!!! He was the BEST server I’ve had in a while. He treated my 10mo amazing! This man is exactly what every dine in business needs. 10000/10.

Great place for lunch! Got the Chicken Mango from the lite menu and it was fantastic. Our server was friendly and attentive. We'll be back!

Great service at this place and the food is a good Tex Mex variety. I enjoy their fajitas and the southwest egg rolls.

We had the chipotle bowls and they were amazing. The Take Out Young Lady was the best

Kim was a good server, very attentive and helpful. I got the shrimp tacos with chips and salsa, and a blackberry iced tea. The whole meal was delicious!

First time at this location! I was having a good time there! omg ray is awesome she's so sweet and kind and hard working! she is definitely the best there! I ordered ribs corn and frys they were good! I enjoyed my lava cake def made with kindness!! I will definitely be back if I'm in this spot of PA keep in mind they changed there menu recently I was aware of sad there was no kids mac and cheese but no biggie ! it's okay! they are short staffed recently I heard and they are trying there best so bare with them ! they have a hard working staff!

The mini cheeseburgers are great!! That bun is the finishing touch to it!

The cheese sticks on the pick 3 platter were like planks of cheese. The batter was flavorful and a nice improvement.

Chili is loaded with meat and flavor. Potato soup and chicken tortilla soup are safe bets if chili is not your thing.

The warm chips and fresh salsa are just wonderful. They are above some "real" Mexican restaurants.

There were a lot of new items on the menu. There's a new seafood pasta and em-pie-nada dessert with ice cream I want to try on my next trip.

Service was excellent; attentive, helpful and patience was given while we looked over the changed menu.

Our server was excellent, food runners were excellent, food was good.

Been a long time since I have been to chili's and the food is pretty much the same. Had a margarita but it was called something weird. It was a slushie consistency and was refreshing, cold and strong. The southwestern egg rolls are always a favorite, I just wish the order has more. I had a chili's philly which is basically the fajita mixture on a roll but it was delicious.
The service was lacking. The restaurant was no where near full but it took 3 times of reminding 2 different waiteresses/hostesses that we still did not receive our 2 glasses of water. It did look like our waitress was not only tending to a minimum of 5 tables plus our table but also tending the bar??? Chili's; don't burn out your employees. Tried of businesses having the same MO. I understand it is difficult to find staff but don't overwork your good employees.

We put our name on the wait list via the app (first time using it) and when we arrived at the restaurant we only had to wait for 5 minutes for our table on a Friday night. Sam was our server and we couldn't be more pleased! The food was good but the service was outstanding!

The food is delicious...the brisket, baby back and the chicken were cooked perfectly so they're tender but still juicy and tasty 👍🏻
The staff is also friendly...💕

Absolutely excellent experience! Amanda was great and took care of our every need and whim, and the manager, Cayman, was on top on everything to make sure we left completely satisfied!

Rae our waitress was a blessing to have, extremely nice ,very friendly . The food came out quick and fast, definitely would go back here just to see Rae again.
