Two of the most professional delivery drivers just delivered the freezer I bought at Lowe’s. I am so impressed with Joshua and Steven. Kuddos to Lowe’s for such great contractors. They were right on time, received a call informing me they were on their way. They went right to work removing doors and hand rails. They made sure every thing was right before they left. Great job!

I went to Lows to get a new garbage disposal. The service rep showed me where they were and helped me pick the right one that I needed. He made sure I got all the excesories that I needed. He was very helpful. Thank you Lows

Easy to find supplies and quality products. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Like most large stores, it can be easy to get lost. I enjoy wandering around and shopping but when time comes to get down to business, items are ready to find, pack up, and get on your way. Now, on to building the ship's wheel!

Been here plenty lately, because our household was in need of a new washer and dryer. The in-store help we've received has been excellent. And the gentlemen who delivered the new equipment were friendly and efficient.

Lowe's almost always has what I need for the job I am doing. Nice employees always asking if they can help me find something.

We go to this location frequently. They always have what we need and if we cannot find some thing the employees are always very helpful.

Lowes is a good store. An employee was really helpful and showed me a new product i didnt know existed which was just what i needed. Selection is outstanding and prices competative. Was a good experience for me.

I've never had any issues. I lived in Carlisle for a couple years and Carlisle is trash. But I like the Lowe's. The store layout is a little different than what I'm used to but I'll take it. The staff I've interacted with have been great and helpful.

Got the paint and knobs we needed to refurbish some antique furniture we had laying about. Everyone had masks on and was social distancing. I noticed their plants were 50% off and they have lots of Christmas stuff out as well. Cant wait for the holidays!

My boyfriend and I have been dealing with Sharon D. in the carpet and window coverings department and found her to be one of the best employees we have ever dealt with. Sharon is very knowledgeable, outgoing, friendly and will do all she can to help a customer. We’ve had to do returns and she’s been so helpful. She is so pleasant and nice. There were times when she had a few customers at the same time and she didn’t let that phase her and took care of each one letting them know she would be a few minutes.

We had to do an exchange at Lowe's and it was such a great experience. The carlisle store earns 5 star review ! Brad who was the manager was very helpful and Denise was at the counter and she was also helpful. We prefer Lowe's as you get a discount with a credit card and they're very good at exchanging and honor warranty on their products.

Good selection of products for your home at a fair price. Easy order ahead and pick up at store system. If you prefer to shop in store hours are 6am to 10pm Monday-Saturday and 6am to 8pm on Sunday.
Friendly staff and service and generally it's not too difficult to find someone to answer your questions, assist you or help you find something.
The only real negative that I have seen is sometimes apparently due to short staffing the front registers are closed and you must use the self checkouts. However this is a very small inconvenience to me and no way has any major impact on my shopping experiences at Lowes.

Heidi was awesome. We were in there on 12/29 and she helped us get set up with our business account. She knew how to do everything needed and was on top of everything. We couldn’t be happier and the second time we were there Heidi was just as awesome!

We have both Lowe's and Home Depot in the area. They both are good for certain things and the prices are comparable.
I use Lowe's more because it's very close to home and they have a quick and easy pick up process.
Staff is friendly and helpful and usually plentiful to answer questions. It seems I never know where anything is and I hate walking around looking so I definitely like someone around to ask

They have a big selection of refrigerators.

I shop here way to much!! Today was a stove and chest freezer. The customer service today was exceptional, Patrick and Alison took care of me, both have awesome customer service skills. I work in customer service so this is important to me.

Went in to pick out a storm door and pick up an online ordered door. Heidi and Tim in the windows and doors department were extremely helpful. Tim went as far as walking us to the front register when we had an issue trying to check out in his department. He also went and found our online order and helped us load into the truck. Diane at the checkout register went above and beyond trying to help with a credit card issue and helping us pick up our online order. These staff all went above and beyond and were SO friendly!!!! Highly recommend this Lowes. Staff are absolutely wonderful!

As a military vet, I love the parking. It is a main factor in my shopping as many stores price match nowadays. Service is always good. And the help will ask other employees if they don't know about a certain item. Real people work here!
